What brand of chlorine tabs are you using? do you use anything else to keep the water clean?
I use quattrotabs by a no name brand. To keep the water clean, I turn the filter on every day for a few hours. Moreover, I clean/change the filter every few months.

Mine doesn’t seem to be inflating all the way.. any suggestions?
Inflate with cool air (eg in the morning). Air expands when it gets hotter. Or try with a different air pump.
Did you get the ledlight with it
