I just want to say how much I adore your videos and your pure enthusiasm for everything you do. I always save your videos so I can watch them as I do my makeup at the weekend and just relax and breath in your energy. It's a true gift and a real blessing to my week when I see your uploads. Thank you x
So excited you have selected these to do a walk through, oddly I bought a few of these decks for my girlfriend I was intrigued...I didn't realize they were going to complete the wheel.... Which I am super excited about .... Oh boy boy....lol I may need now 😅😅😅
I really enjoy your deck walkthroughs, and I've been looking for witch-themed decks that resonate. This is probably the only one in this series that I'm kind of inclined to get. I'd love to see a walkthrough for The Solitary Witch Oracle if you own that one.
oh my god, this is so timely. I've been through quite a bit recently and I've become more and more interested in the wheel of the year as a structure through which to live by. I kept coming across these decks and thought they might be a good way of getting into it, especially with Imbolc on the horizon (at the time). Now here you've made a video about these!! THANK YOU. I am not a fan of 'dark' tarot cards or imagery (which is unfortunate when dealing with anything witchy) so I'd be getting these more for the messages than the visuals... unless there's a pastel coloured seasons of the witch oracle deck somewhere.
Love that we were both thinking about the wheel at the same time :D What about the Wild Wisdom book/deck, that is not shadowy. a.co/d/1OCzLoI I have a walkthrough of it here: th-cam.com/video/9LXijKvCRiA/w-d-xo.html
Hi there. You might like The Earthcraft Oracle. It's by the same authors but has a different artist, and the colors are more jewel-toned and soft. I don't have it in front of me at the moment to look at, but I've enjoyed working with it. It has some really interesting cards in it, and while it isn't necessarily structured to follow the wheel, I expect it dives into a lot of the themes that come up when working with the seasons.
I've really been enjoying these decks, which surprised me. I wasn't interested in the Samhain deck when it first released. The art and 'poems' didn't resonate, and, like you, I found the wording on the card didn't necessarily align with the text (I think that may be because one author did the poetry and the other did the text, but I'm not certain). And part of me resisted because it felt like a marketing trap to get people to buy 8 decks. But I was sucked in by the Beltane deck, and even more by the Mabon deck. Now I'm really happy the publisher took the risk of developing these decks, because each one is limited in its scope and that could have backfired. I use the ones I have regularly and plan to get all of them. I love the new artist's style especially, but the first artist's work has grown on me. Thanks for this review! Oh, and weirdly (wyrdly?) I pulled the same card on the same day you and Patrick did! 🙂 ETA: In Yule, I decided I'm going to start using the decks a couple weeks before the sabbat, because that seems to align better with the weather and season as I experience them where I live.
I love how you have shifted the timing to suit your area more, that is so important to really sinking into the shifts! Thank you for sharing your experience!!!
I have one of these- I was gifted by T.O. (Tarot Oracle). I haven’t worked with it a lot but I really like it and I think I so want the whole set (of course right?!)
I have all these decks and have preordered the next two in the pipeline ( in uk so we will get them later than you). I do prefer the artistry of the first 3 decks and my favourite is Beltane which I do use regularly during that season. I do like building the set and Rockpool do turn out nice quality decks at reasonable price.
I love the first artist and I’m not too far into the second so I will see as I look at more of the decks but all in all I think it was a good choice if a switch was needed! I definitely agree on Rockpool decks!
I have the Beltane oracle and initially I was thinking of getting them all, but the mixing up of the thys and thees in the Yule one put me off getting that one. :(
I wish Lukovic would do alternate versions Samhain and Beltane so I can have a complete set by her. I much prefer her artwork. For a long time I avoided the whole series because Rose’s art wasn’t for me and the completionist in me didn’t want to leave anything out. Energetically, I think their styles are very different.
Sigh. I had high hopes BUT these seem so...."I just got into witchy (Wicca 😂🥱) stuff" whole vibe. Very very basic info....this is seriously to me a huge issue with oracles etc. I've been a practicing traditional witch for 38yrs so such basic info and text is. Just not remotely near where I am. This is SUCH a problem I think in books decks all it. Endless beginner vibe etc. I get it's hard to get huge selling items that are intermediate or advanced tho....sadly most it seems in this area don't travel far beyond the "beginner" level of anything they study or practice. Lots of buy buy ....new but never deeper and deeper. Hard to explain.
I can definitely agree with you on this, I was excited about this series for the seasonal shifts but most of them sat in a box for a verrryyyyy long time as I don't use them in readings. But I will say it has been nice for a quick card of the day with a not too deep but gives me a focus with the tarot card pull. The text has always been it's weak point for me, I'm glad they have improved it though.
I find your videos very comforting! Your energy is very strong and wise but motherly and kind too. Thanks for posting.
Thank you SO much Beth, that is the highest of compliments and means the world to me!

Aw, thank you SO much for your kind words, that actually really means the world to me!!
I LOVE this deck. I love the art. I love the messages, different and deeper that some other Oracle decks I’ve seen. Thank you for the walk through!
This was so great. I love the idea of using the text at the bottom of the cards for scrying as well!
That has really redeemed “wordy” text bottoms on oracles for me!!
This deck looks really beautiful. I’ve been on the fence about getting the decks in this series, but this one appeals to me.
So excited you have selected these to do a walk through, oddly I bought a few of these decks for my girlfriend I was intrigued...I didn't realize they were going to complete the wheel.... Which I am super excited about .... Oh boy boy....lol I may need now 😅😅😅
These cards are gorgeous and I do think you do the best walk-throughs I’ve ever seen!💜💫
Aw thank you so much!!

I mean.. of course! :D
Hi Kelly. Not familiar with these witchy decks, but interested in what you and Michael have to say.

Agreed, I am glad that it got changed up!
@@TheTruthinStory Oh wait, it got corrected? I didn't know that

Sorry, You and Patrick, not Michael.
No worries :)
