Whilst it is possible to restore your limited company after it has been dissolved via the process of Administrative Restoration, please note that this can be a costly and time-consuming process. You may wish to set up a new company with the same structure and company name if it is still available. This can be a quicker and more cost-effective option. hy my company is closed from more than one year and i verified on the site of govenement uk but i don't know if i should pay taxes or something like this because i receive some calls this month from uk but i don't answer them can you please tell me if my company is closed i should pay taxes???

I created my company last year and now i don't use it anymore i want to know if i don't dissolve will i have serious problems with the law ?
