Thank you for your kind comment, Paulina. Sometimes it's hard to know where to begin when dissolving a company, so we're glad we could break it down to our customers. Do you own a LTD company?
@@1stformations Hi, yes actually, I heard Liam refer to 1st Formations “sister-brand” in a webinar. I currently own a company and am thinking of how to best structure what I’m loosely calling a “branch” of an affiliated company. Do you already have a video regarding this? If not, I would definitely request one 😀
Thanks, if a company was set up and dormant and no longer required as the business is not going ahead afterall, is it sufficient to sign board res form and electronic dissolution application
Thank you for your comment Sandra. if you haven't already informed HMRC that your company is dormant, then we would recommend letting them know here - www.gov.uk/tell-hmrc-your-company-is-dormant-for-corporation-tax. It is unlikely you will need to pay a fee if the company has been dormant and you are dissolving the company.

Yes, you should inform HMRC. We'd recommend calling them on 0300 200 3410 or +44 151 268 0571 - www.gov.uk/government/organisations/hm-revenue-customs/contact/corporation-tax-enquiries
I am the only one who is director, employer, shareholder. I am the only one in my company. I created that company one year ago for dropshipping and it failed. I never traded on that company. Now 1st formatiom send me ''confirmation statment'' but I don't want to continue my company. And I want to ask you what happens if Company House close my company compulsary? If it happens will I pay any fine for that?
Thank you for your kind comment. Please note, we would never advise on letting your company be shut down due to compulsory strike off. If you are intending on closing this company down, we would suggest doing this correctly by filing all outstanding requirements and then filing for dissolution.
Thank you for your comment. We offer a company dissolution service for £89.99 + VAT - www.1stformations.co.uk/company-dissolution/. When do you plan to close your company down?
Very helpful. My friend had to close ltd company and it was quite complex. Your step by step explanation is very helpful and simple. Thank you.
