I went to Scabby Wood 1972-1978. I even think Mr Povey, Miss Moser and maybe Mr Challis taught when l was there too. I was the exception in that l absolutely loved my time there but most of my mates hated school, couldn't wait to leave! Back in my day there ww were lucky to have teachers who really believed in us so you never forgot them. For me that was my English Teacher Mrs (Cheryl) Bell: absolutely wonderful teacher. Great times...❤

I went here too. Remember miss moser she was the Head and Mr povey I think he was the pe teacher but could be wrong, I'm 46 now.
You might know my older brother, he was there at that time and I recognise some of those names from old tales even now.
I went to this School and was in Battle House blue tie. Mr Glover was my tutor.
Left there on May 26th 1985, out into the big wide world of paying bills and responsibilities..ffs.!!!
