Roguelite Roulette: Megaloot and Megamisplays

How's it going chaps, and welcome back to RR! (Roguelite Roulette not the Red Ribbon army) but this time we're getting clowned on in megaloot, a game that I have gotten much better at in general, and that I apparently almost beat.
I did make it to floor 60, but that last guy, I'm not sure how you beat him, I'll have to do my research for next time.

Speed the wheel three times and who gets chosen will become half as likely and then you spin again for the game to play, if bph is in one of the three double instead of halving.
