2d6 would have worked better for the objectives. Start with the first one as 2. (You can't roll a 1 on any 2dX roll. Which for 2d6 means 11 possible results.)

Thanks Ash, loving the ABS coverage. You tipped me over the edge hand brought the book, 3d printer and have been churning out 2 fleets worth to get playing, along with game assets. My sons and I have been painting old CCTV camera domes as planetoids for the game as well haha.
