Love the way you made those sliding weight rests. Going to be stealing that design tomorrow morning. Finished my barbell using brake rotors doubled up with black pipe sleeves today. Now I need this rack...so THANK YOU so much for sharing.
Haha great ending! Thanks for sharing the details around your various tools. I’m self taught too (via TH-cam), so those little tips help. I’ve never heard of a center drill before, but it seems like something I should get to use with my new harbor freight bench drill press
@@LewisRenovation what’s the first video I should watch for like complete beginners no prior experience… I searched for this to see if it was possible to make this now I see it possible i see it would be an amazing career if I could learn more about it
Thank you for sharing this video and for sharing the fact that you learned welding on TH-cam. I plan on learning how to weld on here as well, any recommendations for a first welder that’s strong enough for structural welds ? Thank you again, a future welder.
hey i’m trying to do this for my school welding project but having trouble finding all the metal/ material list and am wondering if you have or remember it

2x2x1/4 tubing for the uprights. 2.5x 2.5 for the sliding bar brackets. The cross piece and legs were just scraps I had laying around
Good luck!
