This reminds me of being at my grandmother's when I was little. Grandma, and most or our parents in the 1970s, had little libraries of paperback books.
@@derekdoeschannel I just picked up a 1964 copy of a first printing from Paperback Library of Sinister Barrier by Eric Frank Russell, as well as a copy of Edgar Rice Burroughs The Chessmen of Mars (Ace Science Fiction Classics F-170).
@@captainnolan5062 I'm not really looking for any at the moment. But if something popped up that I just had to have, well that's another story. no pun intended.

I had the same thing. Maybe that's where it actually started for me.
I like pocket-book sized novels. I have one here by a modern writer: Charlie Stella. He's good.
I like them myself. You should collect all of his novels.
@@derekdoeschannel I am going to.

Hi, how about doing your hat/cap...it looks quite cool 😁
Great idea. I made it myself and I think I might make a few more.
@@derekdoeschannel I like the way you can turn the visor up. Is it oldschool baseball or railroad style or someghing 😊 ?
It's a copy-ish of a vintage railroad cap I use to have.
I have a few vintage paperbacks I would let go. Let me know if you are interested.
