Thanks for putting this up, starting practice again after arthritis flare up. I always seem to group in the upper right quadrant of my targets, I think it’s time to just stick a can on top of the wood store and try to hit that bloody thing instead of worrying where I am on a rifle target lol 😆

The way you line up the elbow-arms is the same way you’d shoot a bow.
Release also similar. Letting go and not forcing
Moving cheek place si not the way you’d do in a bow, though. You woul not change the T of your arms and bow

What is the slingshot usrd in a video??? Got one from Amazon just to get started again, torque one, but want something light and simple for bugout bag or camping. Also is therr any hunting bands for 10mm steel you would reccomend. Any link would be grreat. Great video, cheers lad
