I'm suffering from varicose Vain. My two calfs were soiling and in left side of calf has blood clot. Doctor suggest me one month medicine if it will not cure than refer to Siliguri.And then i searched in UTube which food is good for DVT. I totally stop to eat sugar, milk, less salt, red meat oily products and I started walking daily three times, exercises and wearing comprehensive stocking.Now I'm recovering slowly. Doctor only prescribed one month medicine. Thanks to Google and utube were we found all information about all diseases. Doctors are downloading videos. This is great job of Doctors to help sick people. 🙏👏🙌
