Great pistols! Have you thought about your hands and arms, for example it's amazing how much harder pistols become if you really think about limiting your arm movement. Try keeping your hands by your hips or even on your chest.

Great concept. I'm trying to learn handstand at the moment (probably the best thing to do during quarantine). Most tutorials are focuset on "how to do it righr", but sometimes we think we do it right, even though we do not. Seeing other people struggle with same problems as I do and then see how to fix it is really helpful. Thanks! :)

@@BodyweightWarrior Hello, I want you to help me out on this issue that is whenever I try to do splits I get pain in the outerside of the gluteus maximus(side pelvic region). The pain is such that my bone of the upper thighs hurt, like they goona break if I try to go beyond. This happens on both sides. It's not the stretch pain that we usually feel because I can touch my head to my shins well for over 6 months but every time I try to do splits that bone/muscle pain that goes from outer sides of hips to lower thighs stops me from doing splits and I am not sure if its stretching problem or some other issue.
      encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn%3AANd9GcQH5IjBUTHlTG7Kfwnh1arwMtf9DtCLSo7zNOuQ5nT7my0KTNaL.
This stops me from doing the butterfly asana effectively as no matter how hard I try I feel pain in outer thigh area and I am not able to touch my knees to the ground.
These muscles lock when I try to do splits or get in that position a little and upper thigh bone hurts like it's gonna break.I saw your recent colab with saturnomovement on doing splits, where you explained about those bone locking and outer glute cramps. Is this the same cause? If yes can you make a detailed video about it. Hope I explained effectively for you to understand. Thank you.
