I’ve never thought of doing that on my Pit Boss but definitely will now. The Philly looks delicious! I’ve tried BBQ pizza in the past and it’s not my thing. Awesome!!
Heck yeah....this thing was legit..just had the rest today..still dang good
Amazing!
Thank you! Cheers!
Those are impressive. I venture to say I would prefer the cheesesteak, as well, bbq is great.
Howard....I promise...that cheese steak pizza was out of this world good
I don't even like deep-dish pizza but that looks delicious.

Hey neighbor...thanks
Hey guy's it's been awhile and a long winter , and been watching all winter and sooooo ready to get back out there ! But you're killing me ! This video has put me over the top ! So what is this seasoning and when are you going to market it ? I want to be your first buyer. When you guy's are saying Mmmmm smells so good ! I find myself wanting to run up to the TV and start sniffing : } : } Definitely going to be my 1st cook ! if you get that seasoning perfected that is . Great clip as always and hope to hear from you .
Thanks so much WIlliam....i think its a pipe dream...nothing special I just like playing with spices and making notes...I aint no Emeril...hahahaha Keep in touch
They look amazing!! I don't have a smoker how would you adapt for the oven? In 2023 100K you will see!!
Just use the oven...no problem at all...or a charcoal grill if you have one...
Neal and Amy...I wish I lived near you because I would LOVE to cook with you! Your ideas and techniques are fantastic. You nailed those pizzas. I wonder...have you ever seen the pizza, I think it's from Detroit(?), made in a deep dish, that they put the cheese slices down first and run it up the sides. This produces that crusty cheese edge all around. I may have seen it on a "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" episode once. Keep up the great cooks!
Thank you so much!...I have not...im actually a thin crust guy...I know not popular but...love toppings..
We love your videos!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤
Make other pizzas like buffalo pizza and a cheeseburger pizza

Next time I cook a brisket I am saving some to make one of those. And I agree the Cheese Steak Pizza looked better of the two but by as I write this that is obviously not the case.

heck yeah....man these were good...that cheese steak really was good...
Oh and, by the way, I use soap and water on my cast iron skillets and Dutch oven too. Have for years. My wife, the Cast Iron Queen, was the one who taught me how to cook in cast iron and she used soap and water too. And she learned from her mother, whose cast iron I now use.
preach brother preach...i completely agree
Good video my man!!
Thanks Charles
