Hey question. First off amazing run gonna be studying this for my run. But I was wondering if you were allowed to change moves in the elite four? Like I see your incin round 1 had blitz then had I think it was endure round 2 just wondering what that was. Mainly cause I’m attempting to do the monodragon of this challenge and as someone who isn’t as good at these types of games want to know as much as I can lol. Anyway sorry for the long message

You can teach TMs between fights but not relearn moves from relearner or tutor (which is impossible unless you debug)
