    Sucks you got kicked off. I'm new trying to get in the hobby and I have already read that those on road guys are super OCD about their cars being ultra clean. You earned a sub from me. I can't afford that sweet TLR you've got but I love Aarma looks and bought a 3s Senton SCT to get my feet wet. Have a great day!

    Front diff 100k to 150k.Rear 5,000, center try 50,000. You want the front to pull harder than the rear,help you track straighter,and turn better. Shocks try 10wt more rear and 15 wt more in front. You want the front a little stiffer than the rear to help the front end up for jumps.

    • @GregSupe
      @GregSupe  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Definitely will have to try this. Right now its all messed up since i still had it setup for speed runs. biggest concern was the bottoming out after every jump

    • @rcjunkie260
      @rcjunkie260 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Look at the stock specs for shock oil wt and start their. With the 5,000 rear diff oil is so you have each wheel will spin at different speeds turning corners. And much heavier in the front diff to pull you around the corner. And this setup in the front and back will help it not want to traction roll in high grip turns.

    • @rcjunkie260
      @rcjunkie260 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@GregSupe maybe go up 5 wt in front and back from stock spec.

    Hello, for racing the diffs should be Front 5000 rear 2000 and center diff 7000 , for bashing people go with much thicker oils, the Arrma TLR buggy is really a TEAM DURANGO DNX8 / DEX8 now discontinued, this is before Horizon Hobby took over ownership of Arrma RC who were registered as ARRMA /Drurango Ltd , so you understand your Typhons history lol, it has nothing to do with TLR, it's from Horizon Hobby owning both brands, you can download set race set up sheet from Team Durango team driver Kaja Novotny, from his DEX8 /it's the same buggy TLR Typhon, I own all vesion's plus have put together a couple of hybrids, brands I run now are Kyosho, Losi , Tekno , Corally , Arrrma and Team Durango, if you need diffs your better of buying the Team Durango diff as there a harderend steel set a much better quality your get over the standard Arrma grears .

    Lol the track ? A ypu can make your own track bro , and practice on it whenever you feel like it , that's the good part about the car game hobby, it don't take much space , now if your in the model aircraft game with the jets an stuff , you got to find some open space and for grass or pavement alot more space. But the rc car game ? It's whatever works for you that ... make your own track and use it for and with whenever you like to join with welcoming that way no one will be able to say sht . Or kick you no where ... I always have a ready to go backup . Plus I don't associate with anyone to think there going to redirect me out of anything 🤣 as long as I go where I don't follow nobody's orders that way I I can tell whoever what I'm not going to do . THATS THE PART I LOVE , Um not that I'm looking for trouble , but nobodys going to tell me what I'm not going to do when i breath the same air as they do . Lol but it all depends on how they ask you . Nobody's privilege is greater than your own bro .
