  • 38-year-old Ben O’Donnell arrived in a hospital’s emergency room on March 9th 2020, where he became the first critical COVID patient in the state of Minnesota. Despite little hope of surviving, O’Donnell made it. Although at first he couldn’t even walk across a room without needing oxygen, O’Donnell decided to try to complete an Ironman Triathlon.

    My mom just told me about it and it was my old friends uncle. It’s amazing he can do that after not even being able to walk up stairs. Just amazing.
