- In the third episode of our ‘A Round With Radar’ series, Wayne ‘Radar’ Riley challenges PING Pro Matt Wallace to a 9-hole match at Moor Park, Matt’s home club in Hertfordshire, England. Radar quizzes Matt on his journey to being a four-time winner on the European Tour, going back to when PING first started supporting him during his days as an amateur. From his hole-in-one at the PGA Championship to his Ryder Cup selection disappointment, Matt takes us inside life on Tour and opens up about what makes him tick.

So impressed with Matt Wallace, the way he has dealt with the disappointment of not making the Ryder Cup team. He is a class act, and I wish him well for his future career, With his temperament the Ryder Cup and Majors will be his play ground!

These are fun, coming back to the earlier episodes after seeing the one with Louise oosthuizen. Found radar admitting his mind had gone for professional golf around 40 years old but enjoys commentary. Great thing about golf handicap system allows scratch player and handicapper to compete fairly. Loving these shows second time I have seen Matt on a video

I had the pleasure of playing with one of your buddies in a Europro event, always been a fan of your game from what I have seen on tv but having watched this vlog I can honestly say you have doubled , trebled , quadrupled in my admiration. I hope you continue to dominate on the European tour and I’m am certain you will be in the next Ryder cup team as well as figuring in the sharp end of some majors very very soon!

I have to admit that I wasn't familiar with Matt Wallace at all. But what a great swing and great golfer he is. I know I'll be seeing a lot of him on TV soon with his great game. As great a golfer as Radar is, you can see how he doesn't stand a chance against the young Tour players. I mean, look at the great shot that Radar did on the "closest to the hole" hole, and yet he still was beaten there. Great stuff! And let me not forget to mention Matt's putting which is off the chain!

I have Ping G Driver and 5 wood think I would like to upgrade my AP2s to ping. They look lovely nowadays no longer a huge chunky thing with massive offset. Plus Ping customer service is one of the best I ever dealt with.

Wonder if Ping is commited to the extend in sponsorship to 52 yr old golfer who will be playing Qschool next year.......here in Philippines. Older players with moral values get easily related to by club golfers. I wont mind a demo or used set of clubs.......!
