    How to brew AeroPress:
The AeroPress is a clever brewing method giving you a clean cup of coffee or a strong and intense concentrate. Using the paper filter there is much less of the large coffee particles as seen in French press coffees, giving you a much cleaner cup while still having full contact between coffee and water.
The AeroPress is great because it enables you to easily play around with dose, grind setting, water temperature and extraction time.
We recommend purchasing your own grinder so you can grind fresh before brewing. Using freshly roasted coffee beans along with filtered water is also advised. This will allow you to taste all the beans’ finest qualities.
    Dose: 16 g coffee for 230 g water
    Grind Setting: Medium/Filter
    Water Temp.: 92 - 95° C
    Brew Time: 1 minute
Weigh and grind the coffee. The grind size has an impact on taste so experiment on your own grinder for best results.
Place the filter paper into the lid, rinse the filter under water, and then screw it on the AeroPress. Put coffee in the AeroPress chamber and let it rest on top of a cup or server. Place on a set of scales and tare.
Pour 40-50 g water and swirl the AeroPress for a few seconds, mixing the coffee and water together. After 15 seconds, pour the remainder of the water until reaching 230 g. At 60 seconds, you put the plunger on and press down slowly. Leave the last cm in the chamber, as this does not taste very nice.
Let the coffee cool for a few minutes before drinking. Enjoy!

Is there a reason for stopping the dripping during the steep :) ?

stopping the dripping? at the end?
the last part that is pushed through has a bit of bitter foam from the air pressure.
