By listening your review, I don’t think this is an controversial book (atleast without reading, which I will read ) atleast for me…
But I think this “Adlerian philosophy” or “This Book” is based on an OVER-THINKING perspective, especially the rule number 3. Because like how normally we stop at “social” solutions after 3-4 “looping/connection”, but here we keeps on making connection (like it weren’t for this, then it would have been better). Like you blame each and every smallest of the smallest thing.

His work is more popular in the field of psychology and psychoanalysis and less into philosophy.
Socrates, confucius, Marcus aurelius, Friedrich Nietzsche, Immanuel Kant , Aristotle, plato are few of the renowned philosophers.

I accidentally stumbled upon this book in my sister’s library, picked it up to read. Instantly, my little sister gave me a zen like smile and said, yes you need this kinda book. Because you kinda care too much about other people’s opinion. 😢 I was shocked but read it like on a crazy pace ❤ loved it so much that I borrowed it from her. One of the fastest reads I picked up, I have to say.
Then u should must read these 3 books too that I read I myself care about other people's too but these books changed me totally !
