I've followed the recipe except that I've replaced some of the milk with coconut milk. The ice-cream turned out great!!! My friends and I are loving it!!! Thanks for sharing :)
I make banana ice cream with green bananas and Grape Nuts cereal. Hear me out. 😏 The sweetness of the ice cream balances the lack of sweetness of the green bananas. The green flavor adds a glorious freshness, like smelling the first spring cut of grass or hay (sort of). It’s lovely. The Grape Nuts hold their crunch if you freeze them first and add them last. Try it. ☺️
For a hard serve, can you put into freezer after churning into ice cream machine to set and come into scoopable consistency? Will it lead to ice grains formation? As from this ice cream machine you will get soft serve right?
You can keep it in the freezer for few months for sure. And for the ice cream machine would be better if you check out your manual. It can be different with every machine. But in general, you just press few buttons and wait there is no secret.
Hi from rio de janeiro 🇧🇷. I have a question. Since vanilla paste is a bit difficult to find near my house (i could order but it would take a while...), can i substitute it by vanilla extract?
Looks like yummy ice cream! To make this myself, I would greatly appreciate a recommendation on the machine. Which brand and type do you use? Thanks :-)
Chef I cooked the ice cream and it was super tasty but the color of the ice cream wasn't white. Because of the bananas turned darker. Where I was wrong;
Not sure if there is any way. Maybe you can make it just with a bowl of ice and plenty of handwork like people before machines did, or freeze it and blend it inside the blender. But it never will be that good as with ice cream machines.
I followed ur steps but only for the vanilla base but the ice mr ran teasers so eggy. Why is that? I then try to reduce the egg to 1/4 amount then it tasted much better.
Nice. I do the same because its's 2 minutes and you have ice cream ready. And its very cheap to use frozen bananas. but usually I try to hide too strong banana taste with chocolate, decaffee, berries, vanilia sugar or other.
Oh yes! In my opinion banana is a fruit with a lot of Potassium, and the thing is that with banana you have to use it many times for dessert, I love the idea you Mr. Kovac banana sorbet with vanilla is a perfect combination. Did you know that sweeteners with dessert does not have to be only sugar? You can also use something called sucralose which will give a sweet flavor just like sugar. This recipe will be exciting for me to learn, I will be taking notes in my notebook for this recipe, I also am trying to make my own recipes. For example, I only have done three which is a glazed duck breast, Strawberry and Matcha dessert, and a magic cup. I am so sorry that I have not responded your email, the thing is I was upgrading my email, I do understand that this is no magic pill and that you are a magician. I promise, I will email you as soon as possible. 😃
Bruh, you realize you can just blitz frozen bananas into an "ice cream" right? Like, it might *technically* be sorbet, but the consistency is almost exactly like ice cream.
@@ChefMajk Fair, you're going for the bougie chef audience, but I figured it was worth mentioning especially if anyone looked this up, found your video first, and didn't realize there was an easier way.
@@hidarling641 yes for sure there is easy way, but then you look for easy recipe in the title, not a Michelin star recipe. And this is not for chefs...my channel is for home cooks but ofc not for lazy ones.
Do you like bananas guys? 😋
Simón bro 🇮🇹
yes i do, its a very nice recipy, the banana ice cream
Yes chef.
Loos great. I did a slightly cheaper version without eggs and used condensed milk. Froze it by mixing in powdered dry ice. Turned out lovely.
Great stuff cheff, technical but not over the top. You talk the perfect amount, and the recipe is lovely. Thanks
Thanks :)

I do like cookware from made-in and Lamson's chef knife, and wet stones are good for sharpening knifes.
Hi,will give it a try,can I add rum to the mix and when would you put it in. Many thanks
I've watched a few of your videos and like them. Where do you post the recipe? Thank you.
Glad i found this channel!! Very good recipies and explanations!!

Hi chef!! Could you please tell me how much of banana puree in grams please? How much do you consider right? Thanks for sharing such a great content 😊
I need to learn how to use the spoon properbly to create that nice shape. Any advise? Thanks for all your good vids!!!
Yes, buy a bunch of ice cream and train a lot. There are plenty of tutorials on the internet, but what you need is practice.
You have a nice kitchen...
This summer I do lots of ur recepi
Great recipe, can stabilisers be used in this?
Yess
love you chef. do you have the amazon link for the ice cream maker? grt Aristo
Cookies and cream ice cream recipe please. thanks.
thanks I love it
Loved it chef ❤️ one question can we use whole eggs rather using just egg yolk and what effect does that have on the end result?
Where do you see egg white?
@@ChefMajksorry I meant egg yolk
@Blackfire970 Yes, for ice cream, there is always just yolk; there is no reason to put white.
@@ChefMajk I thought maybe for extra protein?
@@Blackfire970 no reason to do it, and I would say the consistency would be worst
Can you please explain us that how long the Banana mixture should be kept in freezer and how to use ice cream machine

We got the same ice cream machine!!! This is the best and my favorite ice cream maker for home.
What brand/ model is it

I'll try the roasted bananas with nick digiovanni's no machine ice cream recipe 😊

Hi from rio de janeiro 🇧🇷. I have a question. Since vanilla paste is a bit difficult to find near my house (i could order but it would take a while...), can i substitute it by vanilla extract?
Yes for sure, better than nothing
Amazing
Looks like yummy ice cream! To make this myself, I would greatly appreciate a recommendation on the machine. Which brand and type do you use? Thanks :-)
Almost every machine will work, you no need to stres about that too much. Is better to get machine with a compressor so you no need freezer.
@@ChefMajk great, thanks for this! And if I gift myself a more advanced machine to build up my kitchen reportoire, what is your machine brand? 😊
@@notvisible9737 I have guzzanti brand, and it works good. But I think even other brands in the same price range will work very similar.
@@ChefMajk thanks! Will check out what works best for me! Thanks also for all the great videos, much appreciated!
How can i make ice cream if i dont hv ice cream machine?
Chef, do you ever use glouse in ur ice cream? and if not why?
I don't think you need glucose at home. You can do nice ice cream easily without it. In the restaurant to keep the texture etc it can be helpful.
Which ice cream muchaine you use?
Saludos desde México 🇲🇽
chef what's the name of the ıce cream machine ?
Yes
Wouldn't the milk taste bad if you refrigerate it right away when its hot
No, why should be?
I wonder why your channel is underrated!!!
Good question, and I don't know the answer 😀
Chef I cooked the ice cream and it was super tasty but the color of the ice cream wasn't white. Because of the bananas turned darker. Where I was wrong;
Is not supposed to be white but yellow like bananas
Can u make this without an icecream machine?
Which banana fresh the good for banana icream??
Better older bananas, they got better taste 👍
How much sugar do you add to your eggs? You don’t say
do a quenelle tutorial
I think for this is any tutorial close to pointless. You have to get just a bunch of ice creams and train...no tutorial really helps.
How can we make ice cream without an ice cream machine that's not icy and will be smooth like the ice cream on the video here?
Not sure if there is any way. Maybe you can make it just with a bowl of ice and plenty of handwork like people before machines did, or freeze it and blend it inside the blender. But it never will be that good as with ice cream machines.
Wow !
So sorry, what I meant was that you are no magician but I do know that in cooking you are an amazing magician.
What if you don’t have an ice cream machine if you just stick it in the freezer?
Then you get hard ice cream
I followed ur steps but only for the vanilla base but the ice mr ran teasers so eggy. Why is that? I then try to reduce the egg to 1/4 amount then it tasted much better.
Cook on a medium to low heat stir regular and do not exceed his recommended temperature

Never put a spoon in a running blender.
Good advice for sure. I like danger...
You know he's a michelin chef with how small those portions are.

I put banana at the refrigerator to freeze, then I use the mixer and call it ice cream. Please, don't kill me. Yours seems better
