I remember when houses of this look were around 120 to 150. In my eyes this house will never be worth 400K
I agree. This is not worth the price. Maybe with a basement, but not on what it offers now. Too close and probably not a lot of yard space.
I love the layout of the home. I love the sunroom, the size of the master bedroom and bath, and I love the loft area.
The sunroom and owners suite were one of my favorite as well!

The “loft” is more like a study area or office. It’s tiny compared to loft areas by other builders Victoria has featured.

What is the normal lot size for your houses ?
It truly depends…It ranges from about .13 to about .50+….The 50+ is becoming a bit more difficult to attain in the both Columbia and Charlotte subdivisions.

I love all those houses the only thing I do not like is this no property is too small of a yard neighbors are too close Do they sell with bigger property
I don't like the bathroom near the main entrance of the home. I don't think that's a good idea; contractor may want to reconsider putting the bath room near in the laundry room. 11/9/22
