I'm always amazed at H&H, because they just seem to find the limit, and tell it to go screw itself so they can get past it. First there was the Ripsaw, first tank to go over 100 km/h, but apparently it wasn't enough for them, so they created this beast. I mean, it'a a tank that does 100 km/h or more everywhere, it's the kind of machine that will overtake you, on the motorway, while it crosses the fields next to the road. This is a tank the does fucking wheelies ! The only problem with this is the fact that it already does everything beyond anyone's expectation, so it will be hard to make something that beats it, but I'm pretty sure H&H will find something. Cheers to you guys, as a student engineer, I look up to you as gods, and if I can do 10% of what you have done today, my career will look pretty good.

The extreme width also limits mountain riding, perhaps paradoxically. It would be great fun to take along to Arctic Man, if it actually got somewhere at speed. However, I expect after a few seconds of a show of great power and noise... it would be at the bottom of a great big hole.
@@tananam9782 So your point is what? You state the snow machine is going all over the place fighting for traction. Which proves my statement. Going fast on ice is difficult af. Why? Im pretty certain that this qualifies as the most spectacular ground vehicle in existence. I could be wrong but nothing I've ever seen even comes close
Its great to see the next gen ripsaw come to life. Its Inspiring I want to see more. My question is at those speeds, what happens when a track fails. Thats alot of torque track material, flying around. It would be interesting to see the survivability test results. Like a end over end, flipover, a side rollover, verticle assent test, etc. Compared to jeep, sandrail etc. The Army picked up the Cheoweth sand rail during desert storm. Now today you dont even see Chenoweth. The mainpoint of sand rails, was how light they were. Thats just the opposite to what the army did to the machine. They made them heavy. Armament side carriers, 50 cal gun terret. Thats like over 600 lbs. Clearly they lost focus and didnt understand the plus side of light and might. A hill climb on a 75 degree slope dead stop, where dropping the hammer sends rooster tails a 100 feet behind you. Its low center of gravity, ground clearance and torque to weight ratio were its advantages. All that dissapeared after the Army got involved with the design. Dont let them ruin the Ripsaw Raptor...
I need this in my life. I was worried that the tracks would fly off. But it looks like they have that build down solid. I love it.

Over half a million views, yet only 3.3k likes. This is an American company innovating the next generation tank. This should be viral.
Its not a tank and its far less advanced then any modern tank. Put armor on it and it loses the only good attribute it has.
An extended cab version of this would be excellent for search and rescue in deep snow
They probably have one or could custom build one for you.

That's got to be one of the fastest track vehicles in history!!
I need a tank that can pop a wheelie! Don't ask why, I just DO alright!
Im pretty certain that this qualifies as the most spectacular ground vehicle in existence. I could be wrong but nothing I've ever seen even comes close
Howe & Howe continues to create amazing vehicles. Loved the ripsaw as well. When are you guys going to land a military contract?
What can it do in the mountains?
This thing probably cures cancer
Cool. How much you want for it?
ask the makers
It's not obnoxious, it's F'N awesome
Seems like it could use snow/mud guards over the top side, to keep them from producing misty cloud in front of the cockpit.
I noticed this also although at those speeds I'm not sure anything would really work
But whats the fuel efficiency like?
Pardon me,but does this come in a two seater extended cab configuration with air conditioning and heat?😁
I want to see it climbing steep hills in soft snow
He should Uber during snowstorms. "Essential personnel must report to work..."
You'd need a sturdy tobogan hitch for that puppy! I'll take two please!
This makes me realize my liver is boring
This thing has a place in my world......jealous to say the least...
Where do we get one !
Waterboro Maine
Show what's in the machine .Just watching it run around in short clips is freakin annoying .
It's definitely a Prius based drive train.
on another video, was said to have a 1500 hp hemi, hellcat engine in it.
A Prius would not be able to move that, lol.
They also talked to jay Leno about it, they were not allowed to show him the inside.
What helmet is that?
