Should definitely try and beat the world record for the longest tank jump. That would be super badass haha. Keep up the great work Cleet
Longest tank jump is 42 meters. Set by a BT-7 in 1936.
Apparently it was a legit tactic for tanks to be capable of jumping into/ across rivers.
However, this isn't really a tank, just a tracked vehicle.
@@philb5593 yeah Ik but wouldn’t that be amazing to see
@@liamfoley4452 It would be super badass seeing you break the record for the longest car jump too
@@JedemPoKucama I don’t really have those resources to jump a professional pro-2 race truck over 332 feet
Ol' Cleet being the best advertisement for Ripsaws! Sponsorship in the future?
I would definitely keep an eye on track tension and be carful turning hard in mud and sand it’ll get caught and throw the track off. Things sick as hell tho!!
“Almost impossible to get stuck” says the guy who had to call Heavy D for recovery in the snow 😂😂😂
That’s where the almost comes into play
Beyond all the awesome cars and content Cleets driving face has to be the best part of this channel.
I love how you take care of your stuff because I just couldn't watch heavy D destroy it anymore. Just because you are disgustingly rich, doesn't mean you should not take care of your toys and I love how you bring everyone up with you as you grow and the smile on your face when one of your guys grows says everything I need to know about you Cleetus McFarland.
That's the biggest part of why I can't watch the D brothers, is just deep lack of respect for their equipment. At least with whistlin' we know it's mostly an act and he's on the nose about it.
Whatever lives in those mudholes was happy when you were all done.
?
the wildlife gave a giant sigh of relief after they left, I am sure :)
This is why I've been watching you for years. Love watching all the racing and fun stuff but also the live action you so on the side.
The fun and enjoyment the RIPSAW will bring and not to mention the content, is just going to be 🔥🔥🔥
No, just minimal entertainment. Now Leroy is a beast.
@@CLAYTONTHEBRAIN killjoy 😂
After decades of trial and error, Florida Man has finally found the absolute perfect vehicle for his environment!
1:00 all the people are carrying bikes, an scooters an toys while Cleetus has the ultimate toy on his trailer, Love that!
Props to whoever makes that 9" thats taking all that abuse that's a lot of weight to put in motion
Ripsaw is killin it. Could you find the composite material that’s on the bottom of the jet boat and fit it to the bottom of the skid plates on the Ripsaw? Or make a boat bottom skid plate so it skims across the water!
That thing is wicked 🤟🏽🤟🏽🤟🏽
I loved the reactions people had to seeing it on the trailer. Would have been cool to see similar reactions to seeing it on the trails, but I’m sure we’ll see those before too long
Cleetus has the best channel on TH-cam. Great content and consistent videos. Nothing but love to the best TH-camr!
That Ripsaw is absolutly Awesome!!! Great video guys!
Chad is a proper Florida Man. Driving like he means it.
We dont see a ton of Chad on many videos but i think he is one of Garrett and JHs really good friends. Cool dude in both of these guys videos too. Good to see him ripping the hell out of the ripper
the RIPSAW is officially part of the cleetus family! you must not get rid of this beast no matter what!!!
2:13 "Got a little deeper."
Her: "I know."
I have a dirty mind... 😉 🤣
Everyone should have one of these, let's work towards making tanks affordable
That’s things probably one of the coolest units I’ve ever seen, reminds me of a R/C car/thingy I had as a kid called a “tyco rc” for those who haven’t seen one look it up haha
I got one for Christmas in 1990 or 91 I think ? It was the Tyco RC FAST TRAXX Nissan Hardbody 9.6V Turbo RC Crawler.
Edit: oh damn I just remembered the other TYCO RC cars I had thanks to you ! One was called the Bandit and the other was the Lambo Countach
@@Gti_Jason I mean that one the terrian twister
Lol, I had one it was bright green on one side n different color on the other side can't remember 😅
Perfect Florida-man day. This trip totally paid for the ol' Ripsaw.
I can't believe Cleetus rode in the back while winching. If that cable snapped, he'd be sliced up like a hotdog.
Question.....how does one escape a tank upside down in water with batwing doors? Food for thought!
Escape hatch in the floor.
Another reason why they need to take the doors off
Now yall need a king coilover sponsorship! These coilovers are so cool to see in action like this!
What a good purchase the Ripsaw was. Not something you see every day lol. That thing is a beast!
ATV riders: these SXS's are ruining the trails.
SXS riders: Is that a freaking tank?
Cleetus: smiles in freedom
I am waiting for whistling diesel and jh to both buy rip saws and see them all rip around together. Awesome vid cleetus
I do have a legitimate safety concern on these. If you were to flip it, how do you get out? Normal tank I wouldn’t be concerned but this thing scoots and you like to push it’s limit
Only way I'm thinking is if the windshield pops out. With the roll cage there would be a little room to sneak out?
There’s a hatch in the floor
@@ConnorAllick how do you know?
@@yvesstocky9936 There's a rocket pod ejector module
under the seat, if you flip, it auto activates, if you
miss a two consecutive $35,000 mo payments, it
is auto disabled.
Cleetus: 'Watch us get stuck literally 30 seconds into the ride'
30 seconds later... Cleetus discovers WHY tanks have tracks instead of wheels....
Can't believe the ripsaw took that @9:20
That thing is a goat 😂
Now this is a TANK! Amazing how you guys got all the problems figured out so fast, CHEERS KEEP RIPPIN"
Ripsaws are suppose to float. At least that was H&H original plan was. I remember watching them build them on the show.
I can't imagine something that size and weight floating, I wouldn't have the balls to try it either if I was cleetus 😂😂
@@Matty.Hill_87 It is all about water displacement. You be amazed the small amount volume needed to float 4 tons. Not as much as you think. As for balls. Come on man he is on TH-cam. He knows the bigger the fuck up he has, the higher the view count.
Yeah I mean in theory all it has to do is displace it’s own weight in water. Say it’s 4 tons. 1 cubic meter of water is 1 ton so as long as it could displace more then 4 cubic meters of water it should float
An AAV is 27 tons. Floats if it’s sealed properly.
Have to love the Florida man face of focus when driving, then the face of laughing and smiling!
The Ripsaw has a bow for a reason, methinks XD
Really using every feature on this monster, looks like a hell yeah brother lot of fun
700 horsepower skid steer with a steering wheel.
I do not know why, but watching the RIPSAW at work just puts a smile on my face.
This is message number 64 of "I want Cleetus to buy George a new truck" campaign.
Cheers
He just got a blown chevy a week or 2 ago lol
Go watch Dr TuneEmAll's new vid ;)
@@thomas52286 yeah I seen that but I can't stop now
You will know when you’ve reached its limits when it gets so stuck you will need something massive to pull it out. I speak from experience from driving tanks in the army. The wreckers they have are just insane and they get extremely pissed when they have come pull you out for joyriding on the training area 😂😂😂
