The seams practically disappear with this stuff. I worked on the flooring by myself for a while and then my dad showed up. Believe me a second person doing the cuts will make you 3 times faster! This will be my go to flooring for a good while. I’ve used real wood, real touch elite engineered and this stuff is hands down faster. Saving time is saving money! I think you will love it if you try it.

Nice job! Exactly the color I've been planning on doing. At the moment it's 2.98 instead of 3.19 at the moment:) What a great dad:) Can tell he's just a good guy! I've been going back and forth between this and the Sterling Oak, but...l think I'm going with the Essential Oak:)

I have this in a rental house and the people have 1 dog and it has done very nicely. I would put it in another house for sure.
