no one asked for my fashion habits here, so i decided to publicly share my thoughts and opinion about that anyway on this beautiful platform.
Tell me how you liked it or if i am just polluting the planet with 2GB of nonsense now, that again needs to be Co2 emissioned.

I have always been very thoughtful, when it came to taking decisions in purchasing, consuming or feeling attracted to things such as trends, that sooner or later will have an impact on your style, your goals and your wallet.
I really live by these 3 rules, with some exceptions of course, but mostly, i just decided to create my own Mari Kondo of Fashion without restricting myself too much.
I can assure you, that by following these, you will be happier with your decisions taken and most importantly...will look better in all manners such as quality, cuts and design.

its ok, we can trust Uniqlo because they're Japanese! We can trust those guys, right??? No doubt, the key to really getting into fashion is understanding your "wardrobe" and saving for the really nice stuff.

everything you say is so trueee!! so important to explore what you really like and turn off instagram for a sec. I feel like if you mainly follow characters (like for example influencers) you can easily get distracted by the aura of the person and get tricked into thinking that you also like their style so much that you want to have a certain piece (although it's not really your style)
totally, we are madly blinded by what we see day in and out that our own stylistic vision is being distracted and diluted by it.

Sometimes I get confused about items that I love, just for their themselves, but their meaning in the world sort of adds something that I don’t want. Also concerned that this will affect longevity, in terms of the the enjoyment of wearing them. So, for example, Margiela Tabi pumps and the Jil Sander whipstitch anklet shoes. I love both of these, and they completely fit with my long-term style (slightly witchy). But they are so well known, and associated with these hugely famous brands, and overexposed right now... anyway, fun problems to have 🤷♀️
you are so right. funny that you mention the Tabis and Jil Sander shoes, because i‘ve been thinking for so long about both of them and decided to go for the studded Jil Sander flats. I dont feel like they‘re too overexposed and I just love them, since they still have their perfect amount of awkwardness to them 😂 but most importantly, they are still a classic piece and worth to invest.

Very nice video! I do agree about the point of closing instagram for a couple of days. I feel I sometimes just want pieces just because so and so wore it. There's a thin line between taking inspiration and straight up copying others

Actually uniqlo has a lot of unanswered questions about their factories. I've read that their workers are overworked in poor condition like most other fast fashion brands

@@tubaavalon Also not a good idea to trust Japan when it comes to working conditions as they are pretty bad when you compare them to other first world nations. Weak labour unions, a low amount of holidays and a lot of institutionalized overtime work.
