I have two question: 1. Is SR-3120 staple finisher compatible with Savin c9145 printer? 2. Is the brackets you shown in the video comes with new Staple finisher ?
i would need to research what a savin c9145 crosses over to. i don't have that info readily avail at this moment. there should be a sticker in the back of the machine with all the different models numbers including Ricoh. let me know what model that says. not sure what new finisher you are referring to
@@PrestigeOfficeSolutions Thanks for responding so quick. You used metal brackets to connect printer to the finisher. So, I wanted to know if it comes with the new finisher already or we need to buy them separately
you typically need to purchase all brackets when purchasing brand new. Ricoh may of changed that where it now comes with the relay (bridge). you will need to check with your local Ricoh provider for that. We mainly deal with preowned equipment
Holy Sh%t! I bought a storage locker with this copier in it. we tossed the finisher assuming it was a broken printer ..ugh!! Copier is reading finisher problem. what exactly does the finisher do?
We would need to search that since we never had to order one. They usually come with the transport assembly. Call our office we can sell one to you. $39.99 plus shipping

staples/makes bootlets, you should be able to use it without it, might just have the annoying notification there though
