thinking about the human right to the earth's water has great. but the water equivalences take the best choice for world society.
human can own their land and money, etc. but don't own the water. thinking on the world wide the water run to a low level from high, so go to even everywhere. the action of dams etc. is very little for earth sizes.

I live in Vietnam. In Vietnam there are two major rivers: the Red River and the Mekong River. it comes from china so the source belongs to china. I hope that international water law is strict.

The deforestation of the Amazon, among other factors, has caused many rivers to reduce their flow, such as the Paraná River, perhaps the problem is not seen in Brazil but what they do in Brazil affects all of South America and the world, they are not fortunate. Push your goverment to stop with the desforestation, that problem includes everyone in the world, in the country that have many natural recurse like brasil and the country that have not.
