Under the proposed 2-tier tax system with 15% for incomes up to $168,000 and 30% for incomes above, someone earning just above the poverty line at $15,000 would see their tax increase from $1,580 to $2,250, a $670 rise. Conversely, an individual making $140,000, which is double the average American income, would see their tax decrease from $27,000 to $21,000, saving $6,000. This shift results in a higher tax burden on lower-income earners and a reduced tax burden on higher-income earners.

Reagan grew the GDP by 30% in W/out printing 12T like Biden. It was one of the singular most financially prolific epochs of our history- but moreover the opposite doesn’t return the results you want, the top 20% are already paying 90% of tax revenue. @bennypit4411 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

First off please stop using leftist buzzwords, trickle down is a leftist word. 2nd, does taxing corporations too much have a negative effect?
Obviously it does, so then clearly you have to find the sweet spot where corporations are contributing enough to pay for infrastructure but not so much it runs them out of town.... So it's not 0 and not 100....what is that number?
Around the world that number seems to be 14%-19%(keep in mind corporate taxes are paid and then income taxes are paid by people working at the corporations...so money created by that corporation is basically being taxed multiple times). Trump dropped taxes on corporations around 8%(gains)...corporations brought around $3.4 trillion back into the country b/c of that(that's documented, you can look it up), when they did that money was taxed at the lower rate(that brought in more tax revenue than had he not lowered taxes, again look it up). Do you know tax revenue increased after the tax cuts? Imagine you own a bake shop, and then suddenly you are allowed to keep an extra $100K a year of your profits...what are you going to do with that money? you are going to invest that money back into your bakery b/c you want to grow your business(that's the goal of having a business), so you buy more ovens, more supplies and you might even hire another person to help increase your productivity with your new equipment. So all that new equipment you bought had to be built by someone, so you've helped fund jobs elsewhere, then you've created a job yourself...and you bring in more money next year(and pay taxes on that extra money you made...so you are probably paying as much in taxes that you were the year before b/c you are making more money)....and you grow and hire more people....then more money next year and hiring more people...and on and on.
This is how you grow economies.
Now for very large corporations you have to put protections in place to safeguard against stock buybacks but that's not hard to do and very very few corporations do that anyway nowadays since corporate portfolios are so diverse.
Nobody is saying pay 0 taxes, the top 1% already pay like 40% of all tax revenue. If you can bring the manufacturing sector back strong to America you could get millions of Americans off of Govt assistance programs, that would save hundreds of billions of dollars a year in tax dollars...so even if you cut the top 1% from 40% to 35% of all taxes it would not negatively impact the lower classes b/c they aren't depending on that tax payer funded Govt assistance, they would be supporting themselves with good paying jobs. And the less money flowing thru govt would mean less chance of corruption(b/c in Govt money just means power), if there's less money, there's less power for bad people to try and exploit.
I know this went long, and people prolly wont read it but I really hope some do. thanks if you did.

You only need to look at overseas examples of the introduction of a consumption tax, to know who it benefits. It is a nice theory, that the more expensive the item you buy, the more tax you pay, but the reality is that unless essential services and basic household expences (your rent, milk, bread, prescriptions, medical expences etc,), are exempt, the poor get poorer and the rich get richer. Do not fall for this con America, we did. and within 5-years the supposed income tax benfits had been exposed as an absolute sham.

@@conniegilchrist6925 I follow Politics fairly closely. I do not Trust the RINO's in the Republican Party, and for sure do not trust any Politicians in the democrat Party. I am a Populist, a Constitutionalist, and Trump Supporter, and believe in the Foundation of our Individual Rights and Freedoms - The Bill of Rights. There are many positions in the Heritage Foundation 2025 Program that I could agree with, however Trump has stated openly that the heritage Program 2025 is NOT his Platform - the RNC Platform is his own Platform. Trump's last Administration was his Last Administration, and now he is much more savvy as to the Persons who will be part of his Administration and its guiding ideals and principles. The voting record of my Congressman and Senator are important to me, however their positions are fairly much in line with my own. And if all Voters followed your advise and communicated openly with their representatives or Senators, then that would be entirely appropriate as Citizenship demands this. One might follow the UN Agenda 2030 and the Un Small Arms Treaty, which are entirely anti-Bill of Rights, but the principles and positions and goals in those Documents are being implemented under the Biden Administration, to the extent that it is able. Lastly, I do recommend doing a Deep Dive of Discovery into The Transition Integrity Project, which was begun a year and a half prior to the 2020 Presidential Election by a "Former Associate of George Soros". Google COL (Ret) Lawrence Wilkerson and the many Associated Articles and Video which might still be on Google and You Tube regarding the Three Groups which comprised the TIP. At one time there were 4 Pages of Articles etc., on that Organization, which was an anti-Trump Organization staffed by Silicon Valley Technicians. a few token RINO's, Democrat Attorneys, Politicians, Governors, and Retired General Officers and other Officers, all with direct and indirect lines to all Agencies of Government and gaming out all possible scenarios and events taking place in Washington DC and involving President Trump during the Transition Period from Election to Inauguration. This also covered the coordination to the response of Government Agencies to the Jan 6 2021 Mall Rally and the subsequent events at the Capital Building - all of which the TIP had some two Months to plan and prepare for.

The concern is CHANGE CHALLENGES PEOPLE TO ACT IN SOME WAY-(they may not want) or (they may see this only from their own situation). A BIRD IN THE HAND IS BETTER THAN TWO IN THE BUSH ! Which speaks to wanting little risk in life! Any psychologist will tell you-if you want change you must alter your behaviors toward your goals.

Not 'by association'. He is a pathological liar and is a bad one at that. Not smart at all. He could have said that he knows about Project2025 and doesn't agree with the parts of it. Instead, he lied that he didn't know them at all! (The evidence of them knowing and collaborating is overwhelming). He lies to you all the time, and you choose to be blind.... and don't even start with - but Biden lies ... blah blah blah 🙄
