Fluid Art Tile Coaster Pour / Flip Cup with ARTIST'S LOFT Paints by CHELC PAINTS / Ocean Waves

- So I wanted to do a Tile Coaster Flip Cup Pour and that is exactly what I did in this video. I have a bunch of tiles so I am probably going to be doing a number of them here in the near future so stay tuned.
Also I am going to be signing up for the SHELEE ART classes to learn how to do those amazing blooms she does. I have seen that Kanella Ciraco and Tammy Anderson have both taken the class and lessons and they are just killing it with their blooms and Dutch Pours so I thought I might as well see what the hype is about and get to some schooling on all of this so that is what I plan on doing!!!

Theres a very specific recipe for the pillow paint and the paint that goes on top of your puddles to get that gorgeous lacing. Several artists have really got it down pat. You will get it!!! Can't wait to see your blooms! This one is so pretty. 💙🌊💙🌊 Love these colors.

That was some beautiful lacing in the green before the stretch knocked it over the edge.
Looked like seafoam and waves, now it is more deep water or even nebulous.
The problem with Shelee's style is her supplies are from Australia which use different ingredients from the upper hemisphere.
Make sure you use her forums or Google to get the correct formula for your country or it will always fail.
I know I saw that lacing and I want to keep so much of it but I had too much paint lol I didn’t want it to crack 😊 yesss I’m going to take her online course to see if it helps me so fingers crossed lol 🤞
I totally get it. I thought I had it the other day and then I think I worked it too much and my colors got muddy. Let us know if the class is worth it.

Lovely colors! If you don't mind my asking, what do you do about the paint that pools on the bottom of the piece?

@@chelcpaints8810 OK, thank you! I tried painter's tape when I made these with epoxy and there was still a lot of cleanup afterwards.
I accidentally got the bloom effect without trying. I used house paint (semi-gloss) with floetrol. It makes the same design as what I've seen in the bloom technique, which I don't like at all. I can't stand spider webbing. I stopped using the house paint for that reason.

Hi again. I'm still catching up on videos! Have you seen Dwight Pours videos? He does the dump and swirl and gets zillions of cells. Nothing like the other technique. But really beautiful pieces. Check him out if you have a chance.
