    In my opinion the only Dancers you have to talk with before a battle are the dancers you warm up with. And the discussion must be about dancing.

    Prepare the battle like a NBA or Premier league player prepare his game... Calm, softly, but smartly.
    It's more a brain and mind warm up than a body one.
