    Im a massive Peter Hammill fan and over to me is a masterpiece his 70s output is not for the faint of heart its wildly experimental and brilliant

    Not visible in the list above is the abyss separating the first four, which belong to my favourite albums ever, from the last four, that I very rarely pick out of the shelf for a listen, except to remind myself of why I don't enjoy them very much.
