I can imagine your excitement if you did an edge hunt and the whole bag were commemoratives💥😵💫
I think someone was collecting £2 coins and cashed them in to the bank not realising they were valuable.and then you came along and gobbled them all up
poss died and their relatives paid them in ?
I’m so pleased for you Christopher! It’s astonishing how many superb finds have come to you in this hunt, it was so exciting. Thing is, you’ve now got to get all those lovelies in coin flips to protect them…well worth it I’d say 😊 Well done 👏
Amazing stuff Christopher! Thanks for sharing the joy in such a brilliant hunt!
So chuffed with your finds you forgot to do a edge hunt. Can't blame you for it what a hunt. The coin gods shine on you today 🙏
More over face value commemoratives than face value ones? Wow, you hit the jackpot. Nice to hear you say Ooooohhhh as always 😁
WOW, That has to be the hunt of the year so far.
I realized that watching this channel is like fishing. Each bag is a cast and each find is a bite. I get little bumps of dopamine as the coins get found. However, like a good day fishing with a friend like Christopher, even coming up goose eggs is still pleasant.
Great hunt, with all those Royal Navy Centenaries your desk was looking like Scapa Flow
Unbelievable! My fave is Great Fire and Magna Carta ✅
Well done Christopher a LOT of GREAT finds Buddy.
I overheard chat in a rough boozer about 15 years ago. I think the way it works, is slightly over half the value of a batch of ‘created currency’. I said to my employer, we do not accept £50 notes. You have to admire the ingenuity and creativity of metal copies at the lower end of criminality 😂
Wow! what an incredible hunt.
Nice vid, some lovely finds. I'm going on holiday tomorrow for 10 days so I'll will miss your vids but I can wait to binge watch them when I come back home. 😊
Wow from the get go that was a super lucky hunt!
I am reminded of my old psychology class. You can train a rat to push a lever or a pigeon to peck a disk to get a pellet of food. The experiment is based on how many pecks it takes to get how many pellets, then what happens when you stop feeding them. The quickest to "extinguish" is a fixed payoff for for a fixed input, ie five pecks for one pellet. If you stop feeding them, they quickly give up. Next harder to quit is a variable payoff for a fixed input, ie 5 pecks for 1 to 3 pellets. The next most persistant is the fixed payoff for variable inputs, ie 5 to 10 pecks for 1 pellet. The hardest to extinguish is varable payoff for variable inputs, ie 1 to 10 pecks for 1 to 10 pellets. Then to trully mess with the pigeon's or rat's (or TH-camr's) mind, you gradually increase how many pecks or pushes (or bags) you require to get a the varable reward. They have extended the number required to thousands without reward for a "well trained" pigeon, etc. Pigeons will wear their beaks down to nothing trying to get their pellets or rats will starve to death pushing and pushing their little lever.
It's these high reward days that train you to keep going. So my question is "Hows your beak doing?"
sounds like the gamblers mind (esp 1 arm bandits)
I'm totally confused 😅
Conditioning the brain to do something without reward or little reward, addiction!
You forgot to do the edge hunt on this video, but it was an exciting video anyway.
Congratulations on a Great Hunt I fact it was so good you even forgot to do an edge discription search which made my day lol nice one Christopher ❤
Holly Tollido what an amazing hunt 👏 😍
Always enjoyable ! Great stuff !! Keep it going ! ...
Wow definitely best hunt of the year. It surpassed Grocey Coins amazing 50p hunt yesterday which was superb. So happy for both of you 🎉😊
After watching your coin collection. I have started to collect as well. It's a laugh🤗🤗
Wowzer, a fleet of Navy Centenary coins, Great fire of London, Magna Cartas, London Undergrounds! Did you find a definitive today! Many congratulations 😀
Cracking hunt I like all of them, even Trevithick👌👍
What a hunt looks good on you
What a cracking hunt! 😊
Very nice hunt today 👍
Christopher you can easily sell a bag of £2 coins for a tenner and then it's up to the buyer to pass them on.
At top value £114.00!!! What a hunt😮😮😮
Im homeless and i sell the big issue magazine with my dog demi in my hometown.i started collecting over a year ago as i get lots of change .i cant afford much but i can afford to save rhe special coins .its given me responsibility trust knowledge and happiness.really appreciate your channel from Sam Oates bideford and demi the dog
Great luck Christopher. Star find for me is Olympic
Amazing hunt
Congratulations on your good fortune.
Great Result Christopher- Gary Wright GMW Coins
As I understand, fake coins are often used in vending machines. Using a fake coin assures deniability, whereas using a blank washer doesn't. The goods are then sold on. This used to be particulary profitable when cigarettes were sold via vending machines, as the cost to produce a fake coin (especially a £2) is far less than the face value.
Bonkers 😜 the amount of finds.
My ✨pick would be jointly the Navy and Olympic Centenary.
I found a Beijing Olympics in my change this afternoon 🤗
Great stuff Christopher 👍🏻
Great find!
@@watchmedo635 thanks, it was a nice surprise 😊
Check your guy fawkes edges because some have a misprint and say 'pemember' instead of 'remember'
reusable elastic bands too. some poor person had to bind them too !
Gutted you forgot to do an edge hunt especially on one of the 'lucky bags'.
I always thought the Charles dicken coin was Charles Darwin lol
WHAT, no edge hunt guess you got over excited christopher
A smashing hunt
mayb they saved these all for you thinking it will stop you going to the bank again to look for more rare coins lol
4:49 i like the fake ones alot 11:09 bit sneaky putting a fake in that bag of comemoratives lol
What a gem of a hunt really amazing I just saying wow lol
Could there be another bag full of elastic banded bags holding a set of commonwealth games and NIFC?😂
Wow,
One of your best hints in a long time deffo someone cashing in a savings pot of stash built up,
But Greg luck for you 👍
You would make a good poker player, the way you skillfully count the coins
the main driver for fake coins was vending (esp parking) machines. they were seen as fair game. You could try fakes at the funfair but the heavies notice and the swift justice leaves you crawling out the site
now you will want only rubber band bagged bags lol 2:13 wow
No edge hunt!!!! This is not good enough, hahaha, I was whoop-whooping though most of this video, I collect elastic bands.
Cool videos. If I was making a fake I'd make a fake commemorative from scratch like a Guy Falks for instance . Make them unique in their own right.
What a hunt. Nice. xxJane
Wow stunning luck, have you ever had a triple row of keepers before? Christopher will you pick 6 numbers for me for the lottery draw?
Wow nice coin❤❤
You didn't get diddled - you mis-counted. there were nine plus the original one. great hunt though.
I'm glad someone else noticed.
I'm sure lots of us noticed

Does the fake coin have the edge inscription? I would hardly have thought it worth the effort.
Great cash in hunt, I think it’s a damaged coin, and can’t pick from the handful shown at the end as to which one is the best…happy hunting
Hmmmmm to good to be true
This was a great hunt. Coingrats on all the finds. To be perecise though, the term "scarce" should have been used instead of "rare". While the two words share some similarities, "rare" focuses on the relative infrequency or uniqueness of something, whereas "scarce" emphasizes its limited availability or supply, which is more accurate when discussing coins.
Someone’s burgled someone’s change jar there 😂
Great hunt Christopher. The counterfeiters piss me off . I picture a lazy boring person with no skills of any kind. The thing that pisses me off because they make the queen look like them boring with no definition. They can’t even do a good job at it. They surely are fat with no friends. Sorry about the rant Christopher great hunt love the videos. What do you think a counterfeiter looks like?
How were there that many commemorative coins in 1 bag?
I love hunting cions and collecting them
I think that last coin was just damaged from a direct hit.
Side note: Are doubled dies common/popular in the British coin collecting world? They're all the rage here in modern U.S. coin land
Wow 👍🙂
You could have done with this hunt at the start off a new book as you said a book a video.
How does Chris take care of his hands? Does he moisturise?
Can't believe how fortunate you have been 😏
I have 2 magna carta with one portrait and 6 with another one ,,, is that right ????
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Quality will always beat Quantity....😉
He put his hand in the toilet and pulled out a £50 note
Alright Bro. I'm really interested in getting involved in collecting coins and 2 pound coins seem as good as any. Can you offer any information on where I go about purchase a coin wallet like yours and further info of what exactly is a "keeper" ? Cheers.
i think there was 9 in that bag?.
+ the loose 1?
Hi, Christopher i found an old one-pound coin millennium bridge where you know obverse side I mean queen side queen's head is upside down. please I would appreciate it if you could tell me more about this. thanks
So many nice coins so i will say all of them
No Commonwealths?
Pfffff.....rubbish....😂
👍👍
Hi
My vote on the L is post mint damage, This is likely your second most successful hunt after your 500 Pound bag of sealed Great Fire of London coins.
👍😎👍
I got a 2pound ship with flag error it is like a mini mt Everest .
Is it more worth/value?
Bet this hunt made a bit of a dent in the old bank account
1947 to 1972 Queen. Elizabeth wedding coin
Did you get those coins shipped out yet?😄
Do you do 20p like trying find the non dated ones?
Great hunt, my question is, how long do you think you will still keep hinting for ?
Hunting ! sorry Christopher
I have 5 of the scottish commonwealth games £2 coins, are they worth anything?
I have that Scottish commonwealth one, wats it worth
Given great fire is 2016, why don't you check the edge inscription on camera?
I have a coin queen Elizabeth Prince Charles 1947 to 1972 how much is it worth
Looks post mint damage to me, JMHO
I have a a £2 coin 1807 end of slavery , how much is it worth
Too giddy for an edge hunt
How do I purchase such a bounty?
How are you able to get coins in this quantity?
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
🚂🚃🚃🚃
I'd be well p'ed off if my bank gave me fake coins
First
Good job
Well done !
