first of all i d like to thank you for coming and attending our important meeting, before i begin may i introduce mr shalby the new marketing assistant manager I wish him good luck
Let's start our meeting that is what I bring for our table today I wish we could cover this three important topics
first how to grow our sales? and related to this. Should we complete with credit customers or we will stop dealing with them and get enough with cash customers?
The second section of our meeting is how to reduce our expenses ? Both the production expenses and the general expenses
the third section of our meeting is
do we need to start a new pranch in Lion city? and why in case of yes and no? And what we need for that
And now it's your time I hope to listen from you all about the first section

1) '...I would like to cover these three important topics...' or, 'I wish to cover these three important topics,' not, 'I wish we could cover this three important topics'.
2) 'Should we compete with credit customers or will we stop dealing with them...' not, 'Should we complete with credit customers or we will stop dealing with them...'.
3) '...a new branch,' not, 'pranch'.
