This video is extremely useful for me as a Master's student enrolled in a Business Negotiation course where our instructors are very strict due to their extensive professional experience. I am always nervous in class because we have a twice-weekly negotiate assessment during tutorials. I expect that this video will help me gain confidence and obtain an acceptable mark. I will update once I have completed my course.

It's really difficult to turn from direct into indirect talking, but I will do my best and practice a lot. This video was definitely helpful, I wrote some phrases down. Thank you!

Is good to put it in writing when making a negotiations to the individual. Is a sign of evidence to the managers or workers brave explanations.
