i think they had it as auction style to begin with and people started running up the price. They didn't know why at first. $70 would have made their day but now they know this has become part of HipHop history, shoot, they did right to skyrocket the price.

So they just admitted to violating eBay tos by not sending the purchaser the product. Once a product is sold on ebays it's a legally binding contract. If i was the buyer i would wait till they are sold then start legal proceedings against the couple.
