This really awesome. I was at this concert and was so glad to see those dudes live.
Klaatu my beloved
I've been wondering for years if there were any solid Klaatu bootlegs, thank you I can't wait to dive into this! The live tracks on SunSet and Raarities are cool but not nearly enough for me, so seeing an upload like this has me quite excited
yeah they were pretty good live tbh, problem is the recording equipment used to record a lot of these :/ next one i'm uploading suffers from a low battery audio recorder so it gets so flangy you can barely recognize it. sucks because there's some real gems in there like knee deep and politzania live
that said i would love an official release of these live bootlegs, sound quality or not we only have had a glimpse at the final two years of the band
WOW!!! Thank you so much for sharing this GEM with us! :D
I LOVE this, thanks for sharing!
amazing, una de las bandas mas infravaloradas de la historia, me gusta bastante sus temas lentos como hope y calling ocuppants
This was a really fun project to work on
Finally get to hear a live recording of my favorite Klaatu song (A Million Miles Away) and it's the most beautiful thing I ever heard
something i find interesting, apparently john didnt want any live recordings of his songs on sun set because the tour was done under duress and he felt it showed in his vocals
despite this though he really doesn't sound bad at all (i.e. hope live), only moment i can think of that was bad was a voice crack during "juicy luicy" in either uncle sams or this concert
I really like John's voice either way honestly. Such a talented man. @@tapiocattundra
@@tapiocattundra I' heard a couple of shows (not the ones posted here in YT) years ago and the most surprising thing to me was the quality of John's vocals he was on fire on that show!
@@TheStarclipseNow I want a time machine
@@TheStarclipse might've been the ones posted on SoundCloud? CKIK especially sounds good, i think it could've been released but they didn't want to use any materials from post-dee shows
This is absolutely great, too bad about the audio quality though
