We always enjoy watching how these traveling “homes” are made. Thank you for sharing!

Nice video. I’m liking what I’m seeing from Alliance. Reinforced spring hangers, electric designed to be serviceable and upgradable, Azdel, support for the tanks like they are intended to be used.
I wonder if Azdel could be used in the ceiling and/or laminated onto roof decking…. Haven’t seen much on them being rated down to zero. If they haven’t done that, might be the next thing to improve.

Hey JeffinTD, thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel. Since this video Alliance RV has stopped using Luan wood on the interior of the trailers and now does Azdel inside and out on some of the trailers (We don’t know every model). I will pass along your suggestion!

It would be better for the workers cutting and routing fiberglass to have dust collection. I believe Brinkley provides this and it should be a minimum standard for employee health. It also saves some time having to come back and clean the mess. It is nice to see employees that seem to care about the product they are producing. Aliance is on our short list for the next trailer.

Thank you for watching our video, we’ll give that feedback to Alliance, hopefully they have already implemented this since we recorded and toured this building. We just sold our current Alliance 5th wheel & bought the Alliance Delta travel trailer, we love this company, amazing customer service & the FamAlly community is wonderful, we’ve owned an Alliance RV for over 3 years & are happy campers.

AZDEL does delaminate, our NOBO 2021 16.2 has a issue with the rear leading edge between the window frame, and rear edge of the trailer, assuming it can be reglued to the core, it's in for warranty repair now.

Hey blkcouplequattro, Thank you for watching our video and the feedback. We are sorry to hear about the delam on your NOBO. Hopefully you get it back soon and can enjoy the rest of camping season. Safe travels, and thank you for the support!

I've always heard that vacuum bonding is best rather than pinch roller?

      Hey Jason,
Thank you for the support and watching our video. We are not familiar with vacuum bonding. We will have to look that up. Thank you for the information. There is always something to learn with RV’s.

While some opinions suggest vacuum bonding may be better it take hours vs minutes typically for a part to cure once under vacuum where the pinch roller method is much more suited for mass manufacturing process. I worked for a Fortune 500 company for 26 years in the laminate segment so Ive seen my fair share of these bonding processes. Interesting video.

Too bad with all that Azdel: they then go and use OSB flooring and roofing, like what 🤔🤔🤔🤔😐🫤🫤🫤😬😬😬

Hey Drvinnieboombats, I cant disagree with you on that. It would be nice to find a waterproof plywood that can handle the rattling, expanding, and contracting these trailers go through. Thank you for watching our video and supporting our channel.
