Yep.. I agree as well. It’s good that she’s doing better in her life now, but the elderly person that she victimized still carries the pain of having a precious item stolen from her. An engagement ring means she probably had it for many years, and it undoubtedly represented cherished memories for her. I don’t think this woman even tried to see if she might be able to recover the ring.. She’s trying to say she doesn’t remember how much she pawned it for, knowing that would only add to the despicable nature of her crime. Let her stay on probation, as the judge says. I would just say either the return of the ring or $15,000 in restitution would be equivalent to what would be needed to end the probation early. Otherwise I would put conditional that her probation doesn’t end until 1. The ring is returned or 2. Restitution amounting to more than what the ring was worth is paid out to the defendant/victim
I just got outta prison on may 2nd, got a year of papers, so far my life’s been going great! Working full time at a job I love, living at a sober house and saving to move out, no violations. LOL. I agree with the Judge. Probation is an alternative PUNISHMENT in lieu of prison. She committed grand theft and acts like she shoplifted a candy bar. Let her be uncomfortable for awhile. Perhaps she’ll think long and hard before victimizing someone else.
I agree with the judge on Miss Eyelashes. If she can't give back the ring, she should pay them 15 grand to make amends. Then she can be taken seriously. It's all a part of the punishment. Do the crime, do the time.
I'm glad she is doing better, but she still isn't taking responsibility for her crime. She said from what I understand it was pawned...she pawned it. She hasn't learned anything.
The engagement ring is probably irreplaceable. It was probably from a dude who is no longer with her (due to death), so she wants that exact ring. The judge understands this. That's why she fixated on that ring.
It ain't like she pilfered some freezer meat or a bottle of vino. You don't steal an old woman's wedding ring. It's too sentimental. Downright irreplaceable.
Judge boyd is such a piece of corrupt trash. She's unfairly pushed her personal opinions and rewarded people for following while punishing people who even have a good reason they can't bend the knee. She's garbage.

Stealing from a senior citizen is about as low as you can go. She lied about pawning the ring, and lied about how much money she got. She should do the probation.
She needs 1 month on her probation to try and retrieve the pawned ring, then report to prison to complete her 7 years, 11 month sentence for the felony. Nothing can bring back the trust the elderly woman lost.
Yep. And $15k only covers the tangible, monetary value of it. But an engagement ring likely carries more meaning to the victim than some fashion ring that can simply be replaced with money
No. I don't care she's been doing "well". Where is the justice for that elderly woman? Has she been paid back? Certainly not. He talked himself into jail
@@samanthaj317lol Nah $20 total is crazy. 😂
She needs to be arrested for those two tarantulas on her face. 🕷️🕷️🕸️
Lol😅
I could see some silly ish in a movie of her getting a Websters dictionary across the face cuz someone thought 8 legged freaks was there.
A judge the other day absolutely nailed it when someone was complaining - "If you don't like the legal system stay out of it ! "
been liking reactions lately. esp the zoom calls that go south LOL
Return the RING....it can be traced the pawn shop, they have records and it might be recovered or at least replaced at what it would cost NOW to replicate it! The new owners might not want to give up the ring, but finding out the ring's history of being stolen they may well agree to a new unstolen replica, while the original owners would just love to get their original ring returned!
I think the issue is the ring is worth 15k. She ain't got 15k. All her money goes on her face.
@@mauisheri she probably sold it to someone she knows and didn’t pawn it that’s the reason for her sudden amnesia.
@@SKotris84 then the girl is getting robbed too!
@@jdanyone agreed! I think you are right, or they both sold it to someone else and pocketed the money! Who knows?
The ring thief should have done prison time. The couple that owned the ring will never have that sentimental piece of their history back.Having had a wedding ring stolen,I know exactly how they feel. Probation is far too easy Unless she tracks down and returns the ring. Since somehow she got probation she should serve every second of it!!!
Those eyelashes are a crime themselves 😅 😂
These videos are awesome my dude. More of these please 👍
No spider eyes. No early termination of probation for you!
The first should pay the elderly lady 15,000 for the ring sine it can’t be returned. Better yet what it would cost today because it was way less back then. Only then should she be released. She should have gotten jail time.
Fines for possession of weed is absolute BULLLLLSHYTE
I saw a guy get 20 years for weed.. Texas..
Unbelievable..
1/2 gram in 2001 in Michigan cost me 8 months of probation, $1700 in court costs, and drug rehabilitation classes.. my Counselor Mr. Ed Motley (still remember his name 20 yrs later) laughed when he found out how little I was caught with and they sent me to him. He concurred I didn't need his help and we just sat and played chess when I went to see him. It's now completely legal here in this state😂
@@______6057it’s wild to me how many lies and propaganda marijuana was under. Here in Canada it’s a cash cow for the government since it’s legalization in 2018. They just keep taxing the ever living F out of it. That along with any and all nicotine products. They just keep raising the taxes more and more every year. The government is now in the process of banning nicotine pouches and trying to ban all flavouring in vapes. Trudeau’s dictatorship is almost at an end though. Thank F. Anyways, that’s my random rant for tonight. Cheers mates
Agreed, should be straight to jail. I don't want to have to get bumped by drugged people when I walk home from work.
@@pva3788-i5h LMFAO if you think those people are the “weed people”, you got an unfortunate and terrifying underestimation of how bad the world is in REALITY. Weed isn’t the enemy. It’s some peoples saviour and healer. It tremendously helps people with chronic pain, cancer patients, epilepsy, depression, anxiety just to make a few. Do yourself a favour and conduct some research and educate yourself a little more on the subject. Stop living in a fog of misinformation you picked up from 1950’s propaganda.
Yeah, Death, you got this one 100% wrong. She violated someone's trust, and stole from them a valuable item that can never be replaced. And for what? Pennies on the dollar, that she won't even admit to! Just because she did a few good years does not heal the gaping wound that she tore for her own selfish reasons. She should have done a little jail time plus 10 years probation. Again, my man, you really got this one wrong. Still love ya tho!
The legal system is about rehabilitation not punishment.
I really appreciate there arent a bunch of 2 hour videos on this channel.
Judge Boyd was correct. The victims are still enduring the effects of her crime, and she is only concerned with how it turns out for her, showing no care or remorse to the damage and pain she caused them. She has no concern for them. Her responses about the engagement ring show she still has no comprehension required for rehabilitation. The second defendant has no stepchildren as he is not married, and he is definitely not at all financially or emotionally capable at this time to get married or raise children.
She literally got away with it. Zero punishment.
Probation is easy for someone who doesn't do drugs or is used to keeping their nose clean.
Its not like there is any real
Zero punishment at all.
Zero restitution or justice for the victim.
I would respect the judge if she told her to pay back the 15k in full, lump sum payment.
Not 50 bucks here, 100 dollars here, ect... Until it's paid.
That won't bring that ring back.
Just another example of soft ass judges ensuring criminals get away with crime.
@@betsybabf748 yes the victims are staring during the last are no longer living but neither of us know but also this girl is enduring the deserve a life sentence for one case of theft. If she could get that ring back I'm sure she would but how a pawn shop usually works especially nowadays with gold being such high prices they take the stones out and they sell the gold or melt the gold down so that ring is almost 100% no longer in existence and that judge knows that also she's supposed to base her decisions on the facts is the girl taking care of her restitution is she paying her fines is she doing her requirements for her probation which as far as I heard she's doing all that the judge didn't say she wasn't the judge was just basing her decision on her opinion of that girl just like you cuz she didn't like her lashes and she didn't like the word kid if you look up I put the definition in the comments it means a human child before a goat
Holy $h|t look at the glasses on that judge! You dont wanna see them janks when you show up in your corduroy's at 830am.
Hah
Lol
This comment has me cracking up! Lollll
Homie straight up said "nahh fck this shit im out"
Its alot harder going straight than you think, I feel for the guy.
I felt bad for the poor lil guy ik how hard it can be financially when ur making next to nothing but sheesh he should have kept it to himself and just did what he threatened y put them right on ur tail u kno 😂
I feel a bit sorry for the guy, though ofc we have no way of knowing how much of this he was bs'ing and how much was true.
If he were bs'ing, he's a good actor.
@@warwarneverchanges4937 - We don't think it's easy. I can tell you how hard it is to get up and go to work everyday and keep paying bills. THAT'S hard.
Dont blame him. Extortionists
Case 1: She was not regretful, and she hem-hawed over her answers.
Pawn shops must keep records. She could reach out to ask if they could contact the new owners. She could pay what they paid+ an additional fee.
IF they say no, there’s at least her showing the court that she’s taking responsibility.
If the new owner of the ring says "no, won't sell it back to you," then have the cops arrest her for possession of stolen property. That way at least the old lady will get her ring back.
That first ladies eyelashes were so long she was fanning the smoke away!
Hell, no! No early release from probation. She's a thief ~ stole and pawned a $15,000 engagement ring from an elderly woman for whom she was caring.
For ten bucks probably😂
I think you have done good since your release keep up the good work mate.
I'm telling you your the best doing this! Always bringing the juicy stories
Follow gavel gazers
You got some balls on your chin
While I agree he brings good stories and I agree he's likable, that changed for me on this video. Him saying that 8 years of probation was excessive was shocking! Not only did the woman steal $15k value from an elderly woman but she stole an engagement ring! That is something incredibly personal and holds tins of sentimental value that can never be replaced! Not only that but this thief tried to act like she wasn't the sole perpetrator. "To my knowledge it was pawned". SHE pawned it herself and tries to act as if she didn't know exactly what happened to the ring!
So, for him to say this thief needs a break and the 8 years probation was excessive is out of line on multiple levels! $15k is a felony amount....she's lucky she didn't get jail time! I wonder how he would feel if someone stole $15k worth of irreplaceable family heirlooms from him....
I really liked him until today. Now, after his view on that case, I have zero respect for him!
I agree that the first girl should not get any leniency ! I was also shocked when he said that . However that’s what makes our country so great . The fact that everyone can have their own opinions and their very own freedom to move along if they don’t like where they’re at.. you voted for Biden ?
She would have helped herself tremendously if she had just even mentioned the victim in her statement. She took no accountability and focused on moving on with her life and her affairs. This lady has ZERO remorse and is just sad she got caught. She deserved her smoke! 💨
just tryna get an early release and instead of that she just got smoked ion even know why she would even try that tbh
and she only got probation she needa stop all that
honestly the judge for how big talkin she was doing was kinda ight on her other judges wouldve given her more time n shi just cuz they fealt like it
Hardly a "lady". Woman is better but I'm not sure it's human.
@@goodmorningsundaymorning4533 hard to argue against your point
Released early from probastion?!? Uhh no. Maybe if she had consent of the person she wronged. Getting out of prison early is reward enough
Wait, it would be parole if she had been released early from prison. Probation is given in lieu of incarceration.
But otherwise, I agree w u.
She was never incarcerated.
If she's on probation she never went to prison.
a lot of people get parole then probation. the way it works is they'll give you a plea like "10 serve 2" so you serve the 2 in prison and the 8 on probation.. but you can still get paroled from prison before serving the full two years. do the rest of the 2 on parole then the 8 on probation.
@@kyled2329 well however the do it, it’s BS! That girls should have seen some Steel bars in front of her face. That or how about losing a wrist for steeling and pony up $15k for Restitution?
Hammurabi’s code needs to make a comeback because going to jail or prison time isn’t detouring people from making the right decisions so maybe one less appendage would help you out in that thought process.
You brighten this old lady's life up every time I watch you!😊
Like the judge said, she stole something irreplaceable from someone who trusted her in their home. I don't give a damn how good she did on her probation. She is damn lucky if that's all she got instead of prison time.
that first lady is so disgusting. If someone were going into my grandparent's house to take care of them and stole and pawned their engagement ring I'd be out for blood.
if your grandparents pawned it then its none of your business and furthermore your meek nature of having kneejerk reactions to this footage is ruining any KINDER you have damn goat.
"How come they got $20, and I haven't gotten anything?". Hahaha Judge is a savage. Lmao
Nah man, judge Boyd made the right call, regarding the first case. Probation IS leniency, and more than that defendant deserved. She’s a wretched thief, who stole ~$15K+, from an elderly victim. She belongs behind bars.
Absolutely she's trash. If that was my family member she robbed I'd be beyond angry.
I can just imagine being in the first judges courtroom
Prosecutor: Your honor, the murder sus..
Judge: Are we talking about a group of crows here?
Prosecutor: The homicide suspect
Judge: I wish ppl would stop using the word murder when they mean homicide
