- Hi everyone, happy Sunday! In today's video I will be sharing with you all my everyday, quick and easy, 10 minute hygiene routine. This is perfect for students, parents on the go, people who work, or anybody who is just chronically late haha. I hope you enjoy :)

-take a shower
-BRUSH your teeth in the shower for a good 2 minutes (use mouthwash and floss afterwards too)
-wash your body. dove body wash or bar soap. use a rag to clean your body if you want.
-for your private area you can use the sensitive dove body wash but don’t use a rag. just use your hands.
-after you get out of the shower, apply any body oil (johnson’s almond body oil is the one she used) on your damp skin.
-pat your skin dry and then put deodorant BEFORE putting on your clothes
-now put lotion on. the one she used is the victoria’s secret pink fresh vanilla scent.
-now get dressed.
-spray yourself with a body mist/fragrance. hers is the fresh vanilla mist from victoria’s secret. spray on your clothes rather than skin.
-then put on any type of eau de parfum on your pulse points. don’t need to spray yourself down with this.

If you sweat a lot at school always remember to bring deodorant to school and bring perfume or a body mist also wear clothing that let your armpits breathe that helps A LOT

I've been doing the oil after the shower and before patting dry thing for years and when I found out, it was a total game changer! My perpetually parched skin stays moisturized all day.

Dove sensitive is the best. The hospital reccomened it to me when I left the hospital with my newborns. It is awesome all over. No scents in the delicate areas, you're right. Tip for thick body creams/lotions is to mix it with oils and it makes easier and faster to apply all over your body. My favorite oils is from Dr. Teals and the best everyday scents are the coconut one and the shea butter one.

The body oil trick is smart asf to do in the shower thank youuu. I never thought about that and would just dry off and then mix my lotion and my oil together. But tomorrow best believe I’m gonna apply the oil in the shower before the lotion I can’t wait!!😭😭💕

I love the Dove Pistachio Cream and Magnolia body wash. Large bubbles everywhere!! So relaxing. Yes. Sometimes using bar soap 🧼 before your shower gel can be a drag. I would like to just use body wash 3X then use Baby dove wash for other area. Thanks for this video!!

Hey miss Mikealla! So I can't afford a full shopping spree, but I went,out and got some of the hygiene stuff you suggested in your other videos. I have always been a bath and body works shower gel queen. But I went out and got a dove bar, some baby dove, some dove scrub, I already had J&J shea butter baby oil. And I collect perfumes and body sprays. Thanks lady!

Awww YAYYYY I’m so glad you enjoy it 😍💗 It’s one of my favs!! The almond oil is my favorite!! It honestly doesn’t have that much of a scent,, but I prefer it over the original one bc I don’t like the smell of baby powder!
@@virtualkayla lol I haven’t used it yet because I have so many other lotions in my collection to use up. I also bought Open Sky from Bath and Body Works and ordered Coconut Goals from Pink from Walmart website. Walmart has the lotions and perfume sets both Victoria’s Secret and Bath and Body Works
