I'll probably book it for my Birthday which is a few months after it opens; gives them time to work out the kinks and avoid opening weekend prices and crowds!
I booked our trip on the day this went live. Going the second week of June. Unfortunately there will be no express service for Universe. I spoke with a customer service rep who told me this. She said eventually they may but not for opening.

Our family will likely wait to go until we can get two days at Epic Universe. Unless you get an express pass by staying at Helios Grand i don't really want to have to spend a whole day waiting in long lines and still maybe not being able to ride everything.
thanks for all of the excellent information. whilst unable to link our annual passes, I was able to log on via our two phones at 10:00 am UK time and buy tickets for our wedding anniversary at the end of May with only a very short wait in the queue. Once flights and hotel booked to get us to Florida (😱) we were able to quickly log back on and buy another two single day passes for our trip. Super excited
Any information on when non pass holders can buy single day tickets? I live in the Uk so would love to know when the date is for us to be able to buy single day passes please
Thank you for your video! Question though the 6 transitions that you're talking about for UOAP means I can buy 6 tickets for one day OR can I purchase up to 6 tickets for different days? for example if i was going for a weekend can i purchase single day tickets for more than one day for myself?
6 tickets total - regardless of days or number of people. After you buy those, you can do 6 more, then 6 more - however many you want. But only 6 at a time.
I got my Helios amd 2 Day park pass (which ticks me off because I'm a passholder) for Dec. I didn't want to risk missing an opportunity. I'll try for a single day for my 2nd day. Check in day I'll wonder around Helios. Helios was shockingly "cheap! "
@@TheNobleWay I'm actually looking forward to Helios especially in check in day as I have a park view and they have the observation deck. I'm hoping to get on a VIP tour if it's a fee hundred.
Single day passholder ticket sales was up at running when I logged in at 5:50am this morning. I could have gotten grand opening day. I am holding out for a soft opening invite. The wait was 17 minutes. I simply got tickets for September and Thanksgiving. The days that I purchased were still available at 9pm with no wait. lol We will see if I should have passed up Opening Day for a chance at a soft opening ticket.
It was for sure! I actually got my tickets at 5:00 AM! I posted a pinned comment on this video, a community post, and a tweet letting everyone know as soon as they opened at 5:00! Not sure everyone follows us however so I think a lot of people missed it 😢 glad you got your tickets!!! We will be there opening day!
I booked the Helios with a park view in a 2 queen with a pull out sofa for October 17-19th 2025 with the 3 day park pass. Total was $3,400 for 5 of us. After the 2 nights we are staying at Vistana Resort in my time share for the week. I’d like to get one day tickets for a second visit in our vacation
Last question, I ve been seeing a lot of passholders getting stuff info. Maps, etc from Epic, I haven't received one and I've been a Passholder for years, thing, why?
Yes! We haven’t received them either - it’s likely an issue with your address in the system. I would call Universal and make sure they have the right info. You can also request they resend it.
I get why Universal did the packages. Only issue is, you'd be able to complete maybe up to a little more than half the park in 1 day... I say 2 days at EPIC would have made more sense.
@@TheNobleWay Haha, Yes. I was planning 3 days in a row, to take it easy and enjoy the park at it's full 😆. But, I'll wait till more options are available. 😃
We are coming from the UK in November, not getting the 14 day ticket as you only get 1x visit for the whole 14 days. We are holding out and hoping we can get our hands on a couple single days
They now have them all the way out through December 30th 2025. (The screen kind of freezes for a second when you get to September but just keep scrolling)
I am a power pass holder and when I try to book a ticket it says you have to wait. And when I try to call you get put on hold. I’m not sure if I want to go opening week or beyond. Did you have any luck getting one and how much is it? I heard opening day is sold out. I’m sure the website is getting inundated today.
Yes I was able to get my tickets at 5:00 AM! We did have some problems with a few family member tickets and didn’t end up getting them for hours later! 😰
What are your thoughts on the Epic AP and when it will be offered? And, if you are an existing AP holder, how do you avoid the overlap of renewing your pass to include Epic when you have already purchased tickets to Epic? Universal is very thoughtful in everything they do. You can tell that it is more of a collaborative effort than the Disney management structure. Now that I have secured my tickets for next Fall and Thanksgiving, do think that they would offer a merchandise credit for the ticket price if I was able to add Epic to my pass prior to next Fall? Also, I have never seen a video from anyone about Universal's dog kennel at City Walk. The Loews hotels actually have a very friendly big dog policy and I was thinking that I could back that up with the City Walk kennel.
They will offer Epic Univers APs before the park opens but will likely be for dates starting 2026 and beyond. Which would mean there would not be any overlap on tickets you purchased whej you buy the AP.
Do freedom pass holders qualify for single day tickets? I have a premier pass and my family has freedom passes. All are linked in my wallet but the website wont let me get more than 1.
Turns out they opened up a little bit before 5:00 a.m. eastern time. I got on about 5:50 a.m. and I was in a 15-minute queue. Luckily we got the tickets we wanted and for two different days. It was an advertised you could get multiple days but I saw it on a universal FAQ 2 days ago. Once I was in there I could have got as many days as I wanted. We just wanted two days back to back. I'm not sure people realized this. Also my sons was in his wallet so I had to log into two different browsers on my desktop and I got them kind of concurrently at the same time with the other three passes in my wallet. I just did two separate transactions two times for the 2 days. In total 4 transactions.
How about early 2026, I am an European citizen and was planning 1 whole Month-Trip and ofc 1 week staying at Epic Universe. What are the chances that the 1 Day only restrictions will be lifted ? Me and my fiance also looked into the Helios Hotel and we figured to get the Park View Club Level 2 Queen Beds Room is this worth it or should we go with the standard Deluxe Rooms?
By 2026 you will likely be good - I believe the restrictions will be lifted by then for single day tickets. As for Helios - I would definitely go for the Park view - it’s not much more and being able to see into the park is a must! 👌🏼
My partner and I are going to Universal Studios Orlando next year from UK and we are going to stay there for two weeks. I want to buy the 14 days park to park tickets for four parks but it only includes one day for epic universe. Is there a way to buy epic universe tickets for another day? (I don't have annual pass 😢) I think only one day will not be enough for us and it is not very convenient for us to travel to Orlando.
Yes! Single day tickets will be available to anyone in the coming weeks - you just have to wait for them. I can’t say for certain when they will release those to the UK - it’s possible they will offer something slightly different. I would keep your vacation planned and be on the watch for more options as they come out! 👌🏼
I’m going to Disney World instead. Annual pass required for each ticket and it has to be ACTIVE meaning it has to have been used physically at the park before. So $500 for annual and a visit to Florida…and ticket price. Like $1300 per person for 1 day!?!? Especially if you include the travel cost for the first visit previously!
