Doesn't canned foods contain a lot of harmful preservatives?
Lots of heavy metal from the tin too. I stopped buying food in cans for this reason.
The canning process is what preserves the food, it is heated and sealed. Most tinned things don’t have any additional preservatives because they aren’t necessary.
