Thanks bro really great videos on flows
do you teach only flows ? I couldn't find your admin, development or lwc videos anywhere not even in Udemy . do you have those videos please?
This is awesome, I recently purchased your udemy course. I have a flow, where I need to run one email immediately and another time-based; On the run immediately I need to make a decision on which email alert to fire. Do I need to get a Get Record element first? My flow fires the time-based email but not the immediate one.
Thank you! Your email alert should be set up for a specific type of object. If you already have a record variable for that object in the flow you can reference it, otherwise you would need a Get Element in order to query the correct record for the email alert to be associated with.
Depending what your decision criteria are based on, you may need the Get Element before the decision (as you can reference object fields for a decision if you don't a record variable for an object).
Could you please explain the decision element part if one record meets two different outcomes at same time?
It will take the path of the first outcome that it meets. so if there are theoretically two, it will follow the first outcome in the outcome order that is valid
