Question if I have to automate update some value in my records. What I win or loose to chose the option to store one records or all records ? Normaly the flow can treat one by one the record triggered. It could be mandatory to select all record option even if without a loop process in the flow? I'm not sure to understand

Hi, can we have the search component in the get records screen flow. I have a use case where i need to have search filter to narrow down the list? can we achieve this. In my use i am expecting atleast 10K records will be fetched.

Hello Sir, I created a screen flow with first name, last name and Account record choice. I set the condition to get all the contacts account id is equal contact account id. Once I grabbed all the contact I use loop through all the contact and set the assignment to update first name, last name email to the which account I select eg Bulington textiles. It will update all the contacts with burlington account with First name, last name and email to that Burlington account. However, I want to prevent same email that I used with that contact first and last name cannot be created with another person name. How can I can prevent that in the screen flow.

Yes Get record is List so you need to iterate over the list to work on the individual record

If the Get Records action fails to find records, how do I tell it to create a record in that case? For example, fetching all cases relating to an account comes up with no cases. In that instance, I'd like to create a case because none exist.
Bifurcate your condition with the help of Decision element one for when get record is null and one when its not null

It totally depends on your logic what you are going to implement record collection we use when we are dealing with multiple data at a time.
If you are working for a single record or string you can use a record variable or text variable

I have added a new field in the object referred in Get Records, but I'm not able to assign it to a text variable. I can't find new field in "Search fields".

How many record to store :
- Only the First record
- All records
So we can't fetch maximum 5 records, and here u can fetch records based on certain field conditions in filters if u want right, and it will fetch accordingly, then what is the point of fetching maximum 5 records into your flow ?

if i choose automatically store all fields in how to store record data section. so where the data is going to be stored. how can we identify the variable ?
When you use a Get Record Element you will see a record collection or record variable will be automatically created.
but you have not explain further step after creating this flow how to implement it in salesforce org

see means you want to know what are the records?
You can use Apex Action if you want to see all the records after the get records element
I want to show all the account name on the home page, I added the flow to home page but still not getting the names of all the account which is fulfilling the criteria.
Can you please let me know your Approach for this ?
Created one "get records" as per you have taught in the video then added one screen(disply text)...now what should I add in the screen to get the details of all the account

My Requirement is whenever the user will create the record mail goes to the user & USER CAN CREATE MULTIPLE RECORDS At time , and in Get element how many records to store I selected All records because user can create multiple records, I only stuck in found new records in get element
