    I've been trying to study the shampoo ingredients, this helped CONSIDERABLY! I purchased a shampoo and conditioner from a company I seen on Facebook, and I really wanna make sure that it's not the reason for my hair breaking. But I get SO CONFUSED, it all starts to be jumbled in my mind! Lol

    Cocamidopril betaine is one of the highly sensitizing ingredients. It is lighter than SLS but a lot of people don't even know they are allergic to it. Unfortunately, I have it myself, and it is very difficult to find a good shampoo without this ingredient. I have bleached, fine hair.

    But the kerastase nutritive bain satin 2 contains dimethicone as 4th ingredient on the list. But it also contains sulfates so can dimethicone still work as a silicone?

    Salicylic acid in shampoo, love it. My hair does not get much oily, but I have acne prone skin in general, normal skin in most days, once a month for a weak it is oily. Other days normal. When I look for shampoo I look for it, plus semi color safe...as much as it can be but still clean my scalp well... For now I find one shampoo that works. But I use actually 2 different shampoos, one wiht salicylic acid and one that is for colored hair, I wash 2x , when I color my hair 3 washes.

      By the way I'm using Cetaphil because recently I just bought and tried out a new brand and I caught an allergic reaction (itchy, heatiness, scalp pain...) ... so always Cetaphil will be my choice whenever I get those irritated skin period to get healed before back to common commercial stuffs that I use... Cetaphil always feel like washing not clean LMAO because it has no suds at all despite the fact it contains sodium lauryl sulfate and it feels exactly like moving the cooked mixture of tapioca/corn flour and water (sticky like gravy gum LOL)
      By the way I tried the Pantene Pro V and got acnes the next day, Head and Shoulders and got severe scalp ache and super frizzy fried looking hair... I also have eczema...

    I’ve seen some people commenting about wanting you to review drugstore hair care products but I just beg you to never cater to those people and you stay professional and only talk about products you recommend (or hate), on a professional level. Please, please, PLEASE! I trust you so much! Don’t break our trust. :D I’m not rich but I love high quality products when it comes to my hair and skin. I’m an esthetician (currently working as a waitress - but that’s another story - I work at a fancy cafeteria and that job just pays more at the moment) and I know for a fact that price usually means higher quality- not always, but most of the time it just does. Some people don’t get that. You don’t have to buy luxury either! Just products that are not the cheapest will do. Thank you so much for your honesty and professionalism! xx

    I thought sodium hydroxide is involving in making the simplest form of soap hmmm which is
    fat + water + sodium hydroxide = soap
    By the way sodium hydroxide in chemistry is NaOH which is usually a reagent involving in cleansing all the medical biochemistry analyzers in high alkaline form hmmm (like around pH 10???) and when direct in touch in a person's skin it's painful because it is corrosive when it is in concentrated form... a surfactant as well involving in cleansing process

    You lost me when you said SLS and SLES are okay! When in fact they are some of the worst and toxic chemicals.

  • @martonschiffer7941
    @martonschiffer7941 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Sodium Lauryl and Sodium Laureth Sulfates are not the same, SLES is much more gentle to the scalp/skin. Also salicylic acid is good for dandruff, and in low concentration it does now dry the scalp. Also you mispronounce most of the ingredients, for example not PantheLON, it is PantheNOL. Would it be too hard to read them properly, before talking about them? Also what you say about the concentration of drugstore and higher end shampoos does NOT make ANY sense. The more expensive shampoos have a sophisticated formula, but the ingredients' concentration is more or less the same. Don't tell these total nonsenses as they were facts, you are misleading the people with your ignorance.

      Oh by the way I read up and some articles stated that actually salicylic acid is a kind quite gentle scrub to sensitive skin people. I tried any scrub and it feels dreadful, because they all causing so much pain but salicylic acid it's okay. I used Neutrogena Deep Cleansing Cleanser the liquid (for face) one before and it contains salicylic acid and I'm totally okay with it so far, just don't use it when my skin is super red and irritated because salicylic acid containing product during the irritating phase my skin feels hurt a lot >.
