Great looking work in this drill. Love the way Vlad has this really effortless ability when grappling to just choose at any moment "not to play" and slip out of the grapple. Always very simple but comes with such timing and quickness that most can't react.
super!!!!!!!!!!!!! the REAL time production of the moves is incredible, total fluidic, natural, synchronised with bodies movement and the direction of power.
Maybe not similarities, but definitely possible crossovers. Look up Kevin Secours ground work. He’s primarily a Systema practitioner, but also a very proficient submission grappler.
@macaronisalad100 A Judo champion and NAGA grappling champion named Brian Beaumont challenged Vladimir to a rolling session at a Systema seminar, and got his ass kicked badly. Beaumont is now a dedicated Systema instructor. As for the Gracies...well, Vladimir has an opn door policy on challenges, so they can show up whenever they want.
Is it according to Vladimir? Because the way he moves, any BJJ purple belt or Judo brown belt in Toronto in the same weight category wouldn't have much difficulty mauling this guy to a pulp.

@TheWarriorchamp I´ve used it in bjj classes, of course they are completely different but I´ve done pretty well
Looks like a blast!
Meister 🙏🏻🥰
@kimusabie I got the name wrong. The person in question was Brian Beauchamp, NOT Brian Beaumont,
@HughSlaman where you at this seminar? and is it the same Brian Beaumont in this clip?
@richardshapiroII hi can u tell me what video M. Rhyabko is teaching groundwork? thanks
Are there similarities between Systema's groundwork and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?

Wowsers! Nasty arm breaks.
@HughSlaman sorry the clip i was reffering to is entitled 10th Planet Yuma at HQ
very sneaky on the ground too

klass:) Systema Vperet
that was awesome ground work!!! especially funny @ 2:10 farting technique.
@HughSlaman
Got a video of that, have you seen it?
Suchs claims are useless without an video! ;-)
The guy is fluid, but everything he shows can be countered by a judo/bjj blue belt with ease. Sounds like a bunch of prescripted Bullshido.
