@crossfit mayhem, I think continuing to put out workouts like this is important for people to realize that adding some traditional body building exercises can make you a better crossfit athlete

CrossFit as a methodology is simply awesome because it always adapts,absorbs and becomes everything in fitness

Just out of curiosity... Has anyone ever farted during any session?
I can’t make it through any session without at least 3 farts and a poop break. I’m sure there has been sharts

that bouncing cannot be good. why not make it a pause bench.

Because it’s fun and summer is coming.Also I won’t be surprised if it’s to help Haley’s strength numbers
Getting ready for the next crossfit events in March. Never know what they gonna throw at you
It's still only one session of the 12-14(?) sessions he does/week..
