The single most common error is the E02 error for which, there can be many causes. We bring to you a tool that can assist in identifying the relevant issue. This Hot Tub Descaler may well be your remedy to an E02 error code!
Deposits of magnesium and calcium best known as Limescale accumulate inside the Water Flow Sensor, Heater, Pump seals and even the internal pipes themselves causing errors and over time can cause irreversible damage. This is where our Hot Tub Descaler comes in, it is good practice to regularly descale your pump to ensure that it is kept in good running order.
Simply connect, add water and a sachet of descaler and set to heat and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse and you have a descaled pump, heater, and water flow sensor! It could not be easier.
Have a bad E02 error that wont let the pump run? in this instance we recommend attaching our descaler and letting the water/descaler solution sit for 24 hours to work into the limescale. Then try to run the pump, we have had alot of success with this method, bringing Lay Z Spas back from the dead.
