If I detach the pump water comes out of the air connector (marked with 'A' on the side). Any ideas?

Mine gushes out too. Pump leaks during operation and I think it’s because of the valve inside this pipe. Shouldn’t have any water coming out. Think it’s a cheap fix I’m still working it out but I hope this helps.
