      First I’ll test it with only clean food😅so that’s lot of rice and chicken😂

      @@jonassteep i Think that even harder because all the proteins and carbs fueiling you up from the Rice and chicken😂 So 2 Challenges in one. “10.000 calories, but only with clean food”😅😅

      You probably have too much pressure on your hands. So bring your hips a little further back and you'll also get more power at the start.🤞🏼
