I actually came looking for it for rapid eye movement in trying to sleep. It's not quite what I was looking for because it doesn't produce as much rapid eye movement as I wanted what led me to realize that this creates rapid eye movement was actually a Billie eilish video for her short film called not my responsibility if you listen in the beginning of it the music Alone that she starts promotes rapid eye movement and then the metronome comes in and produces even more. Hers sounds much different on headphones then yours does I don't know if it's the way it's recorded but it is actually a big help! If you don't believe me lay back close your eyes and listen
